Purchased kitchen faucet - did not work properly, low water stream, GM guys said it was the cartridge, replaced it, no change. GM guys said it was my pipes, replaced the pipes ($3,000), no change. They finally admit it might be a defective faucet but now can find no record of my faucet purchase. Isn't that convenient! \r

Purchased 3 Toto toilets. Arranged for installation. Came home from work to discover GM sold me the wrong toilets! Complained. GM said nothing they could do after installation. Now the lid on one of the toilets is loose, cannot unscrew it and cannot tighten it. Means more hassle and money to get this fixed.\r

My advice? Avoid this company if you are a woman! They take advantage of you, sell you the wrong stuff, sell you defective stuff and treat you like you don't have a brain in your head when you tell them the item is defective, does not work properly or were sold the wrong item.
