I've purchased both small parts and larger items from this company. Each time something has gone wrong and no one at any of their branches has taken any accountability for these mistakes. I have been sent across town to other GM stores for parts that were not actually in stock, as promised. I have purchased new toilets, only to have them delivered with missing parts - and it take DAYS for these parts to be moved to an accessible branch for personal pick-up. While my time and money is wasted, my phone calls are never answered with a simple apology or a hint of motivation to fix the problem or an actual answer as to when these necessary parts will arrive. I would rather spend my money online and wait for shipping than expend any more energy shopping here.
