Ordered a kitchen sink grate in March. Called them at least 20 times over the next six months, only returned my calls twice, and gave me a number of different excuses. Picked it up 3 times only to have it be the wrong product. Kept telling me they were sorry but never followed up with me. In the end they told me the vendor would not make my product.\r
Possibly some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
