I have been a George Morlan customer for 21 years. This used to be a great company to deal with. Not so any more, unfortunately. They still have a few (very few) really good people but most of their customer facing employees could care less about the customers they are serving. It just seems to get worse every time I use them. I had some issues that I needed taken care of and their "service manager" essentially told me that Morlan did not want my business. They are only in the water heater business now and that's it. Needless to say, there are lots of plumbing companies in the yellow pages and when my Morlan water heater needs to be replaced, you can be sure I won't be going to Morlan to get another one. I don't see Morlan staying in business much longer unless there is a major attitude change amongst their employees. more
