Hyundai of New Port Richey 3/4/2014

I have used the service department twice so far for service and I have to say I was very pleased both times. The service reps are professional, kind and friendly. The waiting room is well lit, clean and the popcorn smells amazing more

Service Advisor, Roy Landis 2/22/2014

My Hyundai choice for service is only the New Port Richey used car service center. The primary reason is my service advisor Roy Landis. He treats me and his other clients with respect and makes me feel a valuable customer. The center is clean and welcoming. Appointments are kept on time. Not sure I want to spread the word because it is perfect now. On the other side of the coin, I had all kinds of problems at the new car service center. Phone messages that go without reply. Unstructured wait lines. There's a clear lack of cooperation and respect between advisors. Possibly charged for product not received. And my last visit there almost resulted in a physical confrontation with an aggressive customer. Did not feel that my patronage was valued there. Only the used car service center for me. more

problem vehicle with transmission needing to be replaced twice at 44K miles of a new 2012 accent se model 2/20/2014

we feel this vehicle is going to have additional problems and are concerned with it having inferior parts compared to our 2010 accent se we originally had but was highly motivated to trade this in by dealership to get into a 2012 model. more

Jerry is Honest and trustworthy. Jerry makes me feel comfortable when I go in for a simple Oil change that I'm not going to be sold things I don't need . Respect from your service advisor is very important to a seasoned consumer. That's why I come back . That's why I deal with only Jerry. :) more
