They always take good care of us know matter what we need done. I wouldn't get any other car or go to any other dealership. New Port richey dealership has the best people. They have a great place to get your car fixed in an accident too. more

Great car- no emergency road side kit 3/18/2014

I bought my second Elantra from NPR Hyundai. I love my car. I suggest everyone I know to get one. However, this dealership sold me a car without even offering an emergency roadside kit and spare tire! I was a single, young woman who lived alone at the time. Are you kidding?! I do have AAA but I have owned 5 cars in my life and every one has come with that kit and spare. I ended up having to pay for kit at a recent oil change for over $200. I was pretty upset but it was something I needed so I forked over the money. Hyundai is brand that prides itself on safety. How is it safe to sell people cars without an emergency roadside kit?! more

I take my car to get all services done. They are always. Fast friendly. I always have a clean car after. Besides the oil changes are about same prices as these fast places and I have comfort knowing a knowledgeable service tech will do it right. more

I love the entire experience of having my Tucson serviced at your facility. The service advisor is friendly and smiling. Then the maintenance service was fast and professional. I have recommend your facility to friends. For me, it takes longer to drive from home to your location than the length of the appointment. For service as good as yours, it is worth the drive. more
