My Hyundai choice for service is only the New Port Richey used car service center. The primary reason is my service advisor Roy Landis. He treats me and his other clients with respect and makes me feel a valuable customer. The center is clean and welcoming. Appointments are kept on time. Not sure I want to spread the word because it is perfect now. On the other side of the coin, I had all kinds of problems at the new car service center. Phone messages that go without reply. Unstructured wait lines. There's a clear lack of cooperation and respect between advisors. Possibly charged for product not received. And my last visit there almost resulted in a physical confrontation with an aggressive customer. Did not feel that my patronage was valued there. Only the used car service center for me. more
