I bought a 2013 Genesis Coupe. As part of the sale I was sold an overpriced sun roof that they specifically said was "NOT aftermarket". When I picked-up the car I discovered it was a small cheap aftermarket roof that only opens 4 inches. I disputed the deal and the only thing they would do was give me a $250 service credit. When I had my first service visit I discovered that there was no service credit. They lied about the sun roof and they lied about the service credit. Don't believe a thing these people tell you. more

My Service Writer, Mary 9/17/2013

I was unhappy having to come to repair a damage to my Elantra on 9/16/13 but when I was greeted by my favorite service writer Mary it made it all better. She greeted me with a hug and made a bad day actually cheerful. She is a BIG asset to the dealership in New Port Richey as I am sure she treats all her customers with the kindness and friendly nature she displays to me each time I come in. LOVE YOU MARY more

Not Terrible 9/17/2013

I was recommended by the service provider to replace an air conditioning filter and several other unneeded maintenance. I chose the filter, because I thought it was the most important. When I checked my receipt from the previous service visit, it had just been replaced 5,000 miles before. When I asked him , it was a "different" filter. Come to find out it was the same part number...lost my trust in this service provider more
