Integrity compromised by Service manager/rep. 11/29/2013

I showed to the Hyundai mechanic and the service rep that the A/C goes from 40 to 70 degrees when the A/C level goes from warmer to cooler. Amazing to see hot air blowing all the way to 70 degrees when turning the A/C to coolest temp. The Service rep told me with a straight face that the behavior was normal. Not only the mechanic couldn't figure out what is wrong but the service rep then had to "lie" to me about it. The service department has not grown according to the number of sales thus the quality has progressively dropped over the last two years. more

private place too wait not so crazy mixed in with everyone.looks like a doctors waiting room. we stayed outside the entire time to avoid the hassle .and a vending machine wouldn't hurt more
