Superior Service Department 9/30/2011

I just got my Explorer serviced here today and I love great customer service, the car was finished by the time i was done with work, which they promised and I know all my colleagues agree. Highly recommend if you are in the area. more

Impressive 9/29/2011

I just have to say that this place impressed me. I've been to quite a few in the area and this one tops my list. Sam was my sales representative and he was very understanding of my needs and extemely helpful in finding the right car for me. I would highly recommend Sam Ghadimian and Future Ford of Sacramento to all my friends and family. more

Finally, someone understands customer service! 9/25/2011

Impressed with their parts department. I went to another Ford dealer in Folsom, they did not have the part. They were seemed put off by me asking questions and then took a call while in the middle of talking with me. I left with the feeling that I would not be able to find the part I needed. \r \r I drove over to Future Ford, the one on Madison. I was impressed first with the cashier when I walked in was smiling and greeted me. The guys at the parts counter were very helpful, and although they also did not have the part, they took the time to locate it, order it for me, and called me when it arrived. I also had a chance to meet one of their service people, that set me an appointment to bring my car in and have the part installed. \r \r Very professional and friendly staff. I will be returning for my next maintenance. more

It's Been So Long 9/17/2011

I have never purchased a car from Future, but I have had my cars serviced here. The service department is not a typical service department that you would find at most dealership service lanes. For example, Rey Reyes Jr, is leaps and bounds beyond any service advisor that I have ever worked with. He gives clear and accurate information when discussing the needs for your vehicle and he does it in a way that you don't feel stupid because he explains what he is talking about. Not only did Rey allow me to really feel comfortable asking him questions without the fear of being replied to in a pretentious manner, he did his job with a great smile, a wonderful sense of humor, and made me really want to come back if (not that I'm hoping my car has problems just to go see him. ha-ha), I absolutely needed to. Thank you Rey Reyes Jr and thank your Future Ford of Sacramento for having such wonderful examples of what true customer service should look like! more

Best Service Advisor 9/16/2011

My family and I have ALWAYS been Ford people and have dealt with some great Service Advisors but none as great as Rey (JR) Reyes in the Service Department. He always delivers exactly what he promises and is very reliable, friendly and extremely professional. We will continue to bring our cars to Future Ford of Sacramento and would highly recommend JR and the dealership to all of our friends and family. Keep up the great work. more

Rey Reyes has always gone above and beyond to make sure that we are not only happy but that our cars are well taken care of. We have multiple cars that we will take no where else for maintance. Best Salesman 2011 8/16/2011

We just came to Future Ford recently and purchased a used vehicle. In the past, I have ALWAYS dreaded the car buying experiencing until now. We had the pleasure of dealing with Tony Coe. We were very impressed with his professionalism and how he handled everything in such a timely manner. He answsered all of our questions before we even thought to ask them. He represents Future Ford of Sacramento in the best possible light. We will DEFINITELY be back!! more

Honest and Fair Service by salesman Paul Hornick 8/14/2011

Paul Hornick is the most honest and fair salesman at Future Ford of Sacramento. He definitely knows his stuff and makes the car shopping easy because I know he was being fair with me and respects what I want in a car. I highly recommend that you ask for him in person and will most definitely be treated with the utmost respect. \r Future Ford did well for themselves with a salesman like Paul Hornick. I have not had the best experiences with car salesmen finding out later the dealer was not honest with me. I guarantee you that will not happen at Future Ford with Paul. He is clearly a leader and is one you can trust. more

Awesome Sales staff 8/7/2011

Hi out there. Just to let ya'll know I had a really good experience at Future Ford of Sacramento. My salesman was John Seaton, a nice lookin local boy, who seems to know where every great used car can be found. I was looking for a good gas mileage sedan and was checking out the Ford dealership there. Well, I guess everyone else is looking for the same thing because there weren't but a few left when I got there. Thanks to great customer service John found me a car at Future's lot in Roseville that just got traded in. It's a nice Toyota Corolla with low mileage and I got a great deal on it. Thank you again John Seaton !! more

They are the best ford dealer at ""GUESS"" diagnose your car. They are the best to inflate your bill and only care about selling a job, and do not care if you come back or not. After all they got there money !!! what kind of a dealer is that ? more

Incredible service, very helpful, professional staff, with nice selection and excellent prices! We are the type that drives all over the place and shops around quite a bit before we buy, but it seems we always send up back here when it's time to buy. Highly recommended! more

I was in need of a hard to find part for my car and after a long search I went to \r Future Ford of Sacramento. The parts man was great, he actually took the time to\r Find it and I was able to get it in a few days. Great people! I came in needing something for my Mustang but I didn't know what it was called. They knew right away what I was talking about and had it on the shelf. I asked about something else that they didn't have and they offered to get it for e that day. Saved my weekend!!!! Thanks Future. more

I would like to say this is the fourth car my wife and I have purchased from Future Ford of Sacramento dealership in the last year and a half, and it has been another great experience thanks to the wonderful staff that you have groomed and trained. Our special thanks to Dave Mercer . He is a genuinely WONDERFUL person. He treat customers in a manner that makes us feel very at ease. We are very happy with our experience there, it is too bad that more salespeople do not follow your and his example of following through and making a customer the main concern and not just PROFIT. I would also like to mention Justin (one of your managers) for his help in making this a great buying experience. more
