I was there at the future ford dealsership on madison ave last month where i was welcomed very warmly by D.J. Singh. He made the entire process very easy and smooth. I never felt any pressure the entire time I was there at the dealership. He helped me find the right truck that i was looking for and worked out a perfect deal which suited my budget without any hassle. Red Carpet Service!\r Agonizing over what kind of car I should buy for my “retirement car” after driving 2 SUV’s over the span of 18 years , I was at a loss. Since I commute every day, I feel safe in an SUV. I still knew that I wanted something smaller and better gas mileage. I contacted Stan Thomas at Future Ford of Sacramento, as he had sold me a car for my daughter a few years before, and I knew that I would be in good hands. Stan suggested that I look at the new 2013 Ford Escape with the new body style and educated me on what the new Escape had to offer ( I have to do my homework!) At the time, there was nothing out at the dealerships to actually see, he told me to look online, but as soon as Future Ford had one, Stan called and I was on my way. We went for test drive and again Stan explained what the Escape had to offer and I was sold!! There were certain features that I wanted on the Escape, I pre-ordered one. It was exciting getting updates from Stan as my Escape was being built and then shipped.. the only thing that was missing were pictures!! The delivery finally came, again, as it was previously with the purchase of my daughter’s car, Stan took me through the stages of paperwork painlessly. Stan also gave me a mini course in driving a new and computerized car. He also informed me of the customer classes that Future Ford holds for new Ford owners, what a concept! Recently the girlfriend needed a car, so we purchased a car from here. The salesman was real helpful and the guys even stayed 2 hours past closing just to sell us car, my girl is abit indecisive. We got here an hour before closing after talking to the salesman they pulled up a few realistic options. After checking out the car and taking it for a test drive, my girl was in love and the test drive wasn’t bad, the salesman didn’t try to make nonsensical small talk but genuinely seemed concerned on how happy we were and answered every question we had. Although they couldn't match him on his offer, they gave us a much better deal than other dealerships. I will be coming back here next time I’m in the market. more

I have been looking at buying a truck forever!!!! And after being rejected twice outside of a dealership I WAS FRUSTRATED. I went on craigslist to try and find a cheap truck to haul stuff as I figured my husband and I could never afford another vehicle even though we needed one. I found a great Toyota Tacoma on craigslist for $7900 and thought I should check it out it was a 2002 with 200k miles on it. I called Brian Arruda who posted the ad told him our financial situation and he was very kind in explaining to us that they probably could not get it financed for us. But he would look around and call us back to see if there was any truck in our monthly price range and down payment that would suite us. Let me tell you that BRIAN IS AWESOME!!!!!!!! He took the time to search all the lots for what we need and he came out shinning like a star, I have never had such a helpful honest sales person who was willing to hear exactly what I needed what I wanted and did not try to sell me something that was an upsell or not what I wanted. He even offered to help us on one of the busiest sales day of the year to just see what we could qualify for and he even told us upfront that it would be tough to get what we wanted, but if something didnâ??t work out today he would continue working for us to find our perfect fit. Well he did!!!! By leaps and bounds he found us the deal of the week that no other sales associate knew about and when we bought it every sales person was mad about it. He got us a 2006 ford range with only 18k miles on it in our price range with no down payment!!!!!!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CAR TALK TO BRIAN ARRUDA. Let him know exactly what you want and need and everything and he will find it for you, I am in sales and he is one of the best customer service sales persons I know. also I have to say Justin mccllend the sales manager was awesome too, no gimmicks , no trying to convince you straight forward and extremely helpful through the whole process, he also took the time to explain to us the features on the car which I have never seen a sales manager do. rodney our finance guy was also great; you know how they take you to the finance area to try and sell you all the extras like alarms and warranties; he took the time to hear what we wanted and only suggested what he thought we would be interested in and there was absolutely no pressure no sob stories completely professional and worked out what we wanted. I must say I have bought 3-7 cars including helping friends and this is the first time I felt compelled to write a review, because people should come here if they want a clean friendly non pressure giving you what you want experience. more

I have owned Three Chevy S-10's with V 6. My truck a Ranger with its 4 cylinder beats them all hands down. I did so much research before I bought and found for me there is only one truck: MY FORD RANGER! The service I have received is excellent, I have always been informed of the work performed and then Eric came over to see me as I said he kept informed and treated me like his best friend NOW where do you see that! But there is more also...Stan and the young Gentleman walking me through all of the Financing. For once in my life I had a knowledgeable person explain everything and answer every question! What a Team! I am very pleased and I thank you. more

I always wanted a brand new Mustang so when the opportunity arose I went straight to Future after hearing rave reviews from my boss who also loves Fords. I had an issue with a salesman, he was just too outgoing for me not a real problem, but I just wanted find my new baby and take it home ASAP. I went to lunch and came back again for a different guy who was way down to earth and knew his cars and his inventory. He gave me five different prices on their Mustangs they had and showed me exactly what I asked for, blue tooth, leather etc. I promptly realized that it was way out of my budget and stepped up to a base Mustang. Im very happy with my purchase and anyone looking for a Mustang come here! more

Future ford of sacramento has to be by far the best dealership out there out of all the dealerships I browsed around through out the area Eric Klinger really showed the opposite of what car salesman reputation is.
