Had a great experience there with Paul Hornick and all the Ford cars I never even knew existed. Paul knew so much about cars, I was obviously out of my league, but I learned a lot, and the learning made the whole car buying experience so mich easier. No lies, just expertise. Thanks Paul! Smooth Transaction, please to deal with 12/12/2011

Recently we needed to replace one of our warehouse Trucks and had the pleasure to contact Future Fords Cal Nelson to help us with this process. Cal suggested and stepped us through purchase and build out of a 2011, Isuzu, NRR Delivery Truck. As a result of his work we were able to receive a new truck at a reasonable cost and built exactly to our specs. in a timely manner. Cal met our time frame and even helped to insure that the service events for this vehicle went smoothly. As a result of Cals excellent customer service we recently purchased two 2011 Transit Connects from Future Ford and again as with the Isuzu the trucks the Transits were delivered at a good price and in a timely manner. As we purchase new vehicles in the future mainly because of our interaction with Cal youll be first on our list. After we purchased our Isuzu Dawn Lacy worked and set up an account for us and arranged for service as a pick up and delivery that went very smoothly. more

Why go anywere else 12/8/2011

Future Ford of Sacramento is the place to be aparently. This place has awesome reviews and incredible customer service. We been browsing for car options for our son and we made sure to drop by Future Ford of Sacramento on Madison. They have up to date Sales Representatives that make you feel right at home. We runned into Jose Jimenez a really young man and wernt really sure if he had the experience or knowledge to help us out but boy were we wrong he is not only a sales rep but a mechanic. He and the old man had a blast talking bout engines and myford touch that new fords come with. Long story short he was a big help and really surprised us with his knowledge i would come back to him anyday and recomend him to all the family and friends. Thanks again Jose. more

I was scared to go to a dealship to look at cars. I went to Future Ford of Sacramento and was greeted by Brian Arruda. I had a great time thanks to Brian. I also met other great people that were very helpful there. I am going to tell everyone Future Ford is the way to go. more

A new follower! 12/8/2011

Needed a car badly. Went into Future Ford off Madison to find one. Didn't have high hopes. Was soon approached by JC Rosales and he was pleasant and friendly but made it easy that he had a sense of humor. Looked around and finally found what I was looking for. Unfortunately it was a little over my budget but JC made it work. I was so grateful that he made it a good experience. Thank you again and I'm referring him to all my friends and family. more

I'm a student at CSUS and i was searching for good car that was reliable. Had bad experiences with Craigslist.... I really needed a reliable car so I decided to give Future Ford of Sacramento a try. They were awesome! Super welcoming and JC Rosales was especially helpful! I couldn't be more grateful!! I love my new car and have had no problems! I recommend this place anytime! =) more

Reliable, Honest and Excellent! 11/28/2011

My sisters, friends and family all drive Fords..they are good reliable cars and we all got our cars there and we come here to get them fixed .They have EXCELLENT customer service..the ppl there are always attentive and polite and the manager there is always helpful and kind.they provide free shuttle service which is pretty cool and convenient ? more

Furture Ford of Sacramento is the Best 11/11/2011

I came all the way from Tracy to Future Ford of Sacramento to take advantage of a sale for a used truck that I saw advertised. It was the right color, had all the options and a tow package I neeeded. Pamela Whitehead was surprisingly very knowledgeable about every truck in the lot. I ended up buying from her twice the truck that I had anticipated but I have no regrets and it pulls my boat with no effort! more

09 Ford Focus 11/10/2011

I have to say, I drove for 2hrs to buy a car from this place, my dealings here were great! My problem is the 09 Ford Focus I bought has had so many problems. its on its 2nd set of tires, getting ready for its third at 37,000 miles... the Sync, Pcm, motor mounts all replaced. The car sounds like it needs shocks it has had so much more and I have to say this car is the worst thing I have ever bought, prier I had a 07 Mustang which I should have kept because I didn't have one problem with it.l... I have sent letters, emails everything I could think of to get help but its like Ford doesn't care. I tried to trade it in and they wouldn't give me hardly anything for it because its noted in there computers as a problem. Well, duh its a problem you sold me! more

Best car dealership and best sales staff 11/3/2011

Future Ford of Sacramento is the best place to buy a car! This was my first time buying a car and the sales staff made me feel very comfortable, with absolutely no pressure. Slavik was very knowledgable and he spent alot of time helping me decide on the right car. He did a great job! David the sales manager went out of his way to help me get financing that I could afford and even found me a super low interest rate the next day! I was amazed at how hard he worked for me to find financing that fit my budget. And, I got a great deal on my new Ford Focus. Thank you Slavik Nester and David Mercer. You guys are great!\r \r more
