I have had bought a car several times in my life. Today I went to check few dealers for my next new vehicle. Future Ford was my stop # 5. This dealership has best people working for them. They were nice and polite. Nobody even tried to pressure me into buying a car, at least I didn't feel that way. Sales Representative, SLAVIK NESTER, helped me in finding exactly what I wanted. He was polite and nice. Slavik thank you for all your efforts and your help. If you are looking for a car, I would recommend you to go and check FUTURE FORD of SACRAMENTO first and find SLAVIK NESTER to assist you. Thank you FUTURE FORD and SLAVIK. more

I recommend this place because everyone is so nice and help 1/1/2011

I was so happy to have had a great experience for my first time buying a car on my own! I was very hesitant about going because I've heard so many horror stories about dealerships, but my father told me to go try Sacramento Ford and as they say dads are always right! I met their Sales Manager and he was so helpful, once I picked the car I wanted, he introduced me to another really nice salesman, who then took me on my first test drive. It was very exciting and fun, I then went into finance, and the finance manager was really nice. I had an overall great experience thanks to the staff at Future Ford. more

Excellent Dealer, Compitent Staff 12/29/2010

I've been buying my cars from Future Ford of Sacramento for over 12 years. Their service department is always reliable and I always get my car back as promised without any surprise charges. But it is really the pleasant environment of the dealership that keeps me coming back! Very clean facilities and professional service. I've never felt disappointed or stressed out whenever I need to buy a new car and I'm very happy a great dealership close to home! I always recommend this dealership for servicing your car or buying a new one! more

I'll be coming again for my next car 12/26/2010

I always loved the idea of getting a new car since i graduated. however, after a lot of complaints from my colleagues, I started to have doubts. I went to about 4 other dealerships and looked at countless websites, but seeing Future Ford of Sacramento on the web I realized they had the best specials on the Focus so I decided to make one more visit. I made an appointment with their internet guy over the website for after work to check out the car I wanted. After the test drive, the car turned out to be exactly what I expected and since I already knew how much I was planning on spending, everything went by quickly and also saved a couple hundred of dollars. I definitely recommend this Ford store for a good car buying experience. more

Very Pleasent Dealership 12/18/2010

The wife and I recently purchased a vehicle here and I have to say we are so pleased. My in-laws told me we got an amazing deal and I’m surprised at how much they approved. The sales team were great, I did not have a single issue with them, they had class and knowledge and were very polite to my wife. Finance was also good, it was a bit slow, but I couldn’t beat the deals they gave me. All in all it was very worth my time and money and recommend this daeler. more

Fair Market Value? 11/26/2010

Got my used Hyundai Tuscon '05 at Future Ford and like it. Went to find out the value for possible trade and the car purchased cash for $10K out the door 4 months ago is now only worth a stated value of approx $4K trade-in. We were told it when purchased it had a real value of almost $12K. It has additional 1500 miles and is cleaner now than then. \r Would not go back. Feel like we got taken for a lot. \r LaurelB more

No stress truck purchase 11/12/2010

i was looking to replace an aging chevy truck and decided that the next truck would be a Ford. I looked at several trucks and at several different Ford dealerships in the Sacramento area, i was turned off at the other dealerships by the pushy salesmen, i felt like prey getting out of my vehicle. It was at Sacramento Future Ford where i actually felt like a customer and not prey. My Salesman Robert Duran found the truck i wanted and made it easy and painless to purchase. i would definatly buy there again!!!! more

Probably the best experience I have had buying a new car. Today, I met with the internet director at The Sacramento Future Ford store, who found the Acadia my wife wanted but for the price I wanted. The process was painless than what I have been exposed to in the past and they gave me a great deal in finance too. Overall, I recommend this dealer over any other Ford dealership around. more

great customer service 10/13/2010

I usually spend at least 2-3 months shopping around before buying a car. I like how Future Ford Staff worked hard to get me the color and option packages I wanted, instead of pushing me to buy something in stock. They found the exact car I wanted at another dealer and brought it in for me at a fair price. I came here before a few times for service and expriences were also pleasant and hassle free. Even after I made my purchase I still received great customer service! I would highly recommend the Future Ford to anyone . more

New Explorer - Straigh Deal, No BS 8/29/2010

I just got a new Ford Explorer at Future Ford and I just couldn't be happier! Great price! Easy to get my credit done and they were real cool to me. I wish other dealers were like this! its about time we get a dealership that doesnt feed you all the bs only to let you down in the end. I really appreciate Future Ford, thank you. more

Polite and Efficient Sales Experience 5/30/2010

My mom totaled her car so it was up to me to help her buy a new one. I had some experience with the service department, they changed my oil and did my tires and both times it was real fast. Frank did a good job picking out a car for my mom and the whole process ended up to be less than a couple of hours. I was able to give my mom her new car and move on with my life! more

Happy with the Car, Happy with purchase! 4/29/2010

Our purchase was very enjoyable, JC was very helpful and explanatory. We had two minor problems, our license was lost at the time of purchase and when our gas tank was ""filled"" it was only filled to half a tank. Other than that everything was great! We love the car and the service was outstanding. more

Very Helpful 3/11/2010

I have always been treated well at Future Ford. Since my first purchase in 2005! Since then I have purchased 2 more Ford products and recommended several people to buy from Future and I know 2 of my fellow employees have also in the last year purchased a new Focus and a new Fusion. I had always owned GM before but I am very happy with my F250 and my Flex. Thank You? Pros: Great Staff more

Customer Service 7/2/2009

I will add all the details in my next review. Promises not kept. bent my lid on the center console/enter section of the truck, didn't get my pager for the security system, and my skyway would not link up. Was promised a full tank of gas never took care of that either. This was my 2nd purchase at this dealership and I don't think there will ever be a 3rd purchase. \r Jas Pros: purchased a beautiful expensive truck Cons: customer services was very poor more
