I would like to say this is the fourth car my wife and I have purchased from Future Ford of Sacramento dealership in the last year and a half, and it has been another great experience thanks to the wonderful staff that you have groomed and trained. Our special thanks to Dave Mercer . He is a genuinely WONDERFUL person. He treat customers in a manner that makes us feel very at ease. We are very happy with our experience there, it is too bad that more salespeople do not follow your and his example of following through and making a customer the main concern and not just PROFIT. I would also like to mention Justin (one of your managers) for his help in making this a great buying experience.
