Impressed with their parts department. I went to another Ford dealer in Folsom, they did not have the part. They were seemed put off by me asking questions and then took a call while in the middle of talking with me. I left with the feeling that I would not be able to find the part I needed. \r

I drove over to Future Ford, the one on Madison. I was impressed first with the cashier when I walked in was smiling and greeted me. The guys at the parts counter were very helpful, and although they also did not have the part, they took the time to locate it, order it for me, and called me when it arrived. I also had a chance to meet one of their service people, that set me an appointment to bring my car in and have the part installed. \r

Very professional and friendly staff. I will be returning for my next maintenance.
