I first came to Future Concepts in February 2007 to have a spa day with 3 friends, and have been going back ever since. I had almost given up the concept of brow waxing, because I'd had such poor to mediocre experiences with it before. Luckily during one visit I had Christy do them, and I've been going back ever since. She's a genius with shaping and is good at responding to specific requests. There was one day when I had to get my brows done for pro pictures, and she wasn't available, so I went somewhere else, thinking "how bad could it be?" Never again, I tell you! Christy is the only one I'll let touch my brows now. Oh - and despite not being much of a facial person, one day I decided to try the bright eyes facial with her. FABULOUS. It was incredibly relaxing, and afterwards my skin felt great and had a nice glow to it. I've recently moved further away from the salon, but am still a regular of Christy's - she's worth the extra drive.
