""be vary carefull with their delivery service, I paid for platinum service ($576) and all they did was screw on 6 legs - 3 mins in total. I thought the furniture was flat packed and that was why I paid for it to be ASSEMBLED, as that is what it states in the 'why choose us' section! Very costly = $96 per leg, my 7 year old could have done the same thing!"" more

""I was looking for a bedroom set. First, I went online to Furniture Deals and looked at the bedroom sets. What impressed me the most was that what they had on the website could be found in the store and everything is priced. It made it easier to get an idea of what I wanted and the cost involved. I then went to the store to look at the set I found on the Furniture Deals website. After entering the Furniture Deals store I was very impressed by the set up on the showroom floor. It was fun looking around at the variety of bedroom sets. I found the set I was considering and it was just beautiful so I made the purchase. Finding out they have next day delivery if it is in stock was wonderful. If it isn't in stock it only takes 7-10 days. Everything went smoothly with the furniture delivery. The guys were efficent with set up. The furniture was protected when it arrived in my home. It was also in great condition. The footboard to the bed had a blemish under the stain and is in the process of being switched out but that was at the manufacture level. I love my new bedroom furniture! I will definitely shop at Furniture Deals again. "" more

""My husband and I were very pleased with our recent furniture purchase at Furniture deals. We purchased a dresser for our daughter be born in February. The price was reasonable. The delivery set-up and process was very smooth. Our dresser arrived in great condition. The only thing that was a little annoying was that we met the one of the staff upon entry and she stalked us around the store the entire time. We could have easily found someone to help us when we were ready to purchase. It wasn't necessary for her to lurk behind us."" more
