""Chris was a great, helpful salesman. He showed me his favorite recliner and it instantly because my favorite recliner as well. I shopped around for a few more weeks, but couldn't find one that I like better. When I returned to purchase it, Chris wasn't in, but his coworkers were quick to assist me. They ordered the chair for me and it arrived before they told me it would. When I went to pick it up, the warehouse workers were very helpful as well."" more

""I ordered some Ashley office furniture and was charged on my credit card in full back on April 9th 2011. I was told it will be about a 2 weeks to ship and about a week on the road. It is now June 2nd and still No Furniture!!!!!! Over the past several weeks I have talked to at least 6 or 7 people at Furniture Deals trying to get delivery of what I had paid for. Each person had a different story why it's taking so long. I called today to cancel my order and they tell me orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. WOW.......what an experience. ""The service was good. The day I went to pay the last payment (layaway plan). They told me they will deliver the following monday. On Monday morning, I emailed them to confirm. I learned that they did try to text me later in the day (same day I made last payment) but I gave them the wrong text number but they could have emailed me as I gave them two ways to contact me. They said they told me they noticed the sofa was damaged and is unrepairable. I was disappointed. They had to order and it arrive a week later. We agreed to schedule for them to come last Saturday. They texted me the day before to confirm the time. I replied back to confirm as well. They delivered me my new sofa 20 minutes early before the confirmed time. I was satisfied with that. The men handled well to bring it in and to the right place I wanted it placed. I thanked them. "" more

""My salesman, Joe, was great. Most of my items I ordered on Wednesday will be delivered Saturday, however I was a little irritated when the mattress I selected to replace one that wasn't in stock was ""damaged"" and won't be delivered until Tuesday. Sleeping on the floor builds character, right? At least I'll have a beautiful bedroom set!"" more
