""We purchases a sofa, the customer service was great. When we went to pick up our purchase the men working in the warehouse were beyond friendly and helped us with everything, even joking a little with us. We had a truck so it was an easy load, they gave us advice on how to unload it quicker and easier. All in all it was a great experience and we will definately be back for future purchases"" more

""I purchased an Oak TV console. It was exactly what I was looking for...nice design, solid wood and the craftsmanship was perfect. It was delivered to my home the following day. The salesman was very nice to work with, no hard sales pitch, just very cooperative, answered questions, checked to make sure the item was in stock. Very nice to work with. The delivery guys were on time, pleasant and waited while we checked to make sure the item was free from any damage before leaving. I've purchased from Furniture Deals before and will continue to give them my business in the future."" more

Very Good 1/2/2012

""My experience with Furniture Deals has been very good. The only issue that I have is that the couch that was delivered to me looked very different than it did in the store. At home it looked brown and in the store it looked green. Luckily I liked both colors so I kept it. However, I did drive back to the store with one of my cushions and when I walked in I found that my brown cushion turned green! I was told it happens alot due to the flourescent lights and black ceiling. Seems strange to me that the look would be as different as it was from store to home."" more

Although, I do think it's a bit intrusive to have a sales person be ""assigned"" to you as you walk in the door and have them follow customers around. And I probably would not purchase another item from the store because the warehouse is almost an hour away from the store I purchased the table from, and the delivery option was half the price of the table I purchased so that option didn't make sense."" more
