Damaged Sofa 12/30/2011

""We ordered a sofa and called approx 3-4 days before needing it to to set up final payment and delivery. We were told this would not be a problem. We received a call back stating our sofa was damaged once they opened the box and it would take 2 wks for another to be delivered. This was not acceptable as we had family arriving for the wkend and needed the furniture. I placed a call to the store manager who said she would look into it and call me back. She did not. The next day I called the store. The manager had located another sofa and set if for delivery but had not called me back. Although she did take care of the problem, the best customer service would have been for her to call me back and let me know it was resolved."" more

The only thing that I wish would be a little different is the time in which my furniture became available in the warehouse. It took about 4 weeks from order to delivery. 3rd Purchase Wasn't the best 12/30/2011

""This is our 3rd purchase and it wasn't our best experience. Never had problems before. This time we had nothing but problems. We made 2 trips to pick up our last 2 items, they even called us to tell us they were in, drove 45 minutes special trip to pick up and both times we got there, they couldn't find. The last time we even called right before we left and they confirmed. They did give us 2 loaners and said they would deliver for free. That's good but they never ordered. Called 2 weeks later and they had never put the order in. Finally over a month later we received our final 2 items in good shape."" more

""I want to say the guys that came to deliever and set up my table set were great. Brandon and Jodan did a great job. They were nice and answered questions. And they took the time to make sure everything was right before leaving. Thank you. They deserve a pat on the back or a pay increase, or both. Keep up the great job Furniture Deals. And i would of rather had a gift card to your business Furniture Deals so I could buy plants. Thank you. ""customer service in the store was terrible..order over 1300.00 some of that i put in lay a way the item that was on hold a dresser i purchased i told the sales woman in the store i would pick it up.. the lady never told me that if i wanted to pick up the furniture i would have to drive to there whare house 30 minutes away...then when i asked if if could be delivered they wanted to charg me an additional fee...very poor customer service would upset me because the sales person who sold me my service name linda was extremely pleasant and helpful"" more

""We had been shopping for bedroom furniture for several months. We actually decided on the first bunk bed we had seen at Furniture Deals. Not only did they work with us to get it quickly, they had it delivered in a timely manner. Our first appointment had a little gliche in the computer system but they were quick to, not only fix the problem, but refund our delivery charge. It was a nice little surprise - especially after match pricing with a furniture store a little further away. I will be going back here for the remainder of my furniture needs. "" more

""My experience was over all positive. The staff was friendly (especially Dan) and helpful. The two men who delivered the piece were also friendly and quick. My biggest complaint is the delivery schedule. When I ordered the dresser on a Sunday, I was told that they could not deliver the item before Wednesday- a three day wait. However, they could not give me even the window of delivery time until the day before my delivery between 5:00pm and 8:00pm. Meaning that I could not make any plans or other appointments until possibly as late as 8pm the night before. If you are booked three days in advance, how can you not organize the delivery schedule with at least a one day advance schedule? It was inconvenient and sullied an otherwise positive experience."" more
