I learned that they did try to text me later in the day (same day I made last payment) but I gave them the wrong text number but they could have emailed me as I gave them two ways to contact me. They said they told me they noticed the sofa was damaged and is unrepairable. I was disappointed. They had to order and it arrive a week later. We agreed to schedule for them to come last Saturday. They texted me the day before to confirm the time. I replied back to confirm as well. They delivered me my new sofa 20 minutes early before the confirmed time. I was satisfied with that. The men handled well to bring it in and to the right place I wanted it placed. I thanked them. ""
