The person that was assigned to assist me with my collision repairs was unusually rude. I never received the follow-up they promised and each time I spoke to that person, Kim, she was curt and very unfriendly. If I asked any questions to clarify time expectations, she was completely rude and non-committal. After 3 weeks, I picked up my car and it was not drivable, it shook so bad I could not go over 45 mph. When I took it back, once again she was extremely rude and not helpful. Once I got a manager involved, he was friendly and responsive. I cannot understand why a company would employ someone in a service position that is incapable of basic courtesy and communication.
