I was very pleased with the courteous and professional service performed on my 2007 Prius.

Worst

never have I paid so much money for an alternator and belt. I've never paid more than maybe $100 hundred forty dollars for a alternator and the cost for man hours is a little expe...

Frank's is the Best 3/31/2016

I have been taking my car to Frank's for years, most recently on March 29th. They always do an excellent job, and they stand behind their work without question if something goes wrong. Scheduling is never a problem. They are polite and explain things clearly. I am so glad that I have Franks to work on my car. more

3 vehicle taken to Frank's in one month back the next or same day. 3/30/2016

Its close to my home, the price is a big factor to me, they beat every ones prices, they do work no other repair shop would touch, like rebuilt a 97 Harness that rats ate up, and we could not find one anywhere cheap. Plus they don't take forever to get you up and driving. I recommend highly to anyone, location off 46 in New Braunfels. Plus they replaced the oil pan seals on my 2001 Chevy truck and replaced my Harness in a 2012 Toyota thundra, couldn't pull my Key out of the ignition, factory defect, it was out of warranty and the Dealer would of charged me $637.59 they charged me $191.83 I paid for parts. $124.00 that's a big difference. more

good work bad record keeping 1/29/2016

Frank's did excellent work in a timely manner but failed when It was time to pick up vehicle. My husband went in early in the afternoon the day the car was to be ready and paid the bill in cash so we could pick it up out front after hours because he had a meeting and would not be done until after they closed. They called him when the car was ready and made the arrangments to leave care out for pick up. So we loaded the kids up a 9 pm to go pick up car as arranged and the car was not out. So my husband had to be late to work the next morning to go pick it up. Then after he drops off me and my daughter to pick up car. They can't find were we paid for the car because the girl my husband paid did not close the ticket and of course was off that day. So we had to argue and wait until after about 45 minutes for them to find the money we paid them. Making my daughter now late for school. After all the trouble you would have thought they would offered a free oil change or money off the next visit, but no nothing but sorry. more

Great service with a smile 1/21/2016

The friendliness of the staff and the trust that I can put on any service I have done there is wonderful. George in the service department always greets me with a kind word and a friendly smile. There is also a gentleman in the collision department that greets me, but I cannot recall his name. The collision manager once came out to my truck and fixed the rubber part below my bumper and did not charge me anything. That is service that I keep coming back there for. It is great in these days to be able to go to a friendly place that you can trust. more

Very helpful and professional! 10/7/2015

They explained and showed me the reason work needed to be done on my brakes. I had them check the rear brakes as I was hearing noises after having the dealership replace them, and they were honest in telling me that they had failed to catch the caliper on the right rear brake. They also tried to get the work done in a timely manner as I had to wait at their facility. They are about the same price wise as the dealership but the work quality is much better. Very impressed with them and will continue using them for car service! more

Good service but..... 10/6/2015

.....battery was dead on pick up. Told me to drive around to charge but that didn't work. Turned out to be corroded terminals. Praying that wasn't the problem in the first place and I replaced by alternator for nothing..... more
