I was very pleased with the courteous and professional service performed on my 2007 Prius.

Worst

never have I paid so much money for an alternator and belt. I've never paid more than maybe $100 hundred forty dollars for a alternator and the cost for man hours is a little expe...

2009 Nissan Altima 8/31/2016

You've used the mileage of my 2004 Nissan on this message. I was in for air conditioning repair. Service, time for repair service advisor were all all great. The cost was below other estimates. Frank's will get all of my auto work! more

Differential plug 8/27/2016

Return to Franks for a, badly damaged, differential plug replacement. Another shop charged me for work that could not be performed, due to this damage. Again I would like to thank Franks staff and George, for the attention they brought to me that needed attention. (in line fuel filter, cut from holder and not replaced, just left hanging. more

Very angry 8/26/2016

right after I left the engine started performing poorly, I thought maybe poor quality of fuel. However, the condition worsened, and I was forced to take it the Toyota dealership. I had already replaced the MAF sensor, 12v battery, air filter, oil change, and inverter coolant. The technician at the dealer found a red shop rag deep inside the intake port. I do not use red shop rags .... I have spent over $600 to "fix the issue. more

We have an older model BMW and have found that few places in the area are really able to fix the problems that we have encountered. Frank's has always correctly identified and fixed the problem first time out! more

Location and past reputation. 8/16/2016

George explained the results of their checkup and the need to make the 120K service. They completed the service promptly. The only reason that they did not receive a five star was that a part of the cowling was damaged during repairs, and was not fixed. more

Len did the best he could to find the cause of the problem. Although the problem did not occur during the test drives, a couple needed service issues were completed that may resolve the problem we were having. more
