When I brought my vehicle in for an oil change I was told that it would be 20 min. 2 hours later after holding me and my car hostage I'm presented with a bill for a synthetic blend oil change. I only requested a regular oil change. You did not share with me that all you perform is full synthetic or synthetic blend oil changes that are more expensive than what I was expecting to pay. I am that I was basically forced to wait and be late to appointments to pay for an oil change that wasn't agreed to in the beginning. If you would have been upfront and communicated with me about the time and the price of the oil change I would have gladly gone to another place to have my oil changed at a more reasonable price and most importantly not taken 2 hours for a 20min oil change. Instead you chose to make a customer angry for 53$. I will not be coming back here for my next service.
