I was very pleased with the courteous and professional service performed on my 2007 Prius.

Worst

never have I paid so much money for an alternator and belt. I've never paid more than maybe $100 hundred forty dollars for a alternator and the cost for man hours is a little expe...

The perfect mechanic 4/2/2014

These guys are the best. They go way past the extra mile to make sure that your car problem is solved. I would recommend them as the first choice in your search for trustworthy and reliable service! I live within a few miles of other mechanics. .. These guys are quite a bit further away. .. But when I take in the big picture of professionalism,reliability,and honesty. .. I'll only take my business to Franks. more

Best in central Texas 3/13/2014

Great place to get your vehicles serviced. Been a customer for several years. My whole family and all my friends use Franks in both locations. If you have big issues or just regular scheduled matainence it's one of the best places to spend your hard earned money. more

Great service with Mike 2/15/2014

Rude service from Pat, would not have returned except for Discount Tire incentive to pay for broken studs. I waited for over 1 hour then sought to know how work was going. Pat was not helpful so I left frustrated. Next day I returned and received excellent service from Mike. Because of the prompt service and good repair I would now consider returning to your garage. more

It has been a long time since I have found a Service Shop as dependable and responsive as this. I went in there with a problem and left there with a great deal of faith in their service, so much so that I will and have taken all my Auto work to them. more
