By far the best in town! I started going to Franklin Skin and Laser about a year ago. I am more than pleased with the results. I'm 45 years old and everyone says I don't look a day over 35. I've received microdermabrasion treatments as well as photorejuvenation on my chest, neck and face. The photorejuvenation diminishes redness and removes brown spots. Yesterday I had a small amount of Juvederm injected in the parenthesis lines on my face. Not only was it immediate gratification but not even 24 hours later it keeps getting better and better. And it was not painful at all. Dr. B has a knack for seeing things you may not notice as much, but when treated, you see a huge difference in your appearance. The staff is fabulous, professional and extremely qualified. My teenage daughter has also received laser hair removal on her upper lip and is thrilled with the results. I was thrilled with the cost! Dr. B and his staff are wonderful. The Doctor is professional, very knowledgeable and up-to-date on current treatments. He is conservative in his treatment meaning he goes for the ""natural"" look. I had moved away briefly (business transfer) and when I got transferred back, I was delighted to find Franklin Skin and Laser still going strong! They by far are the best any where (I have been to 3 in 3 different states).\r I just read a review (see below) and was taken back by this person's lack of respect. I am told by others that I am a attractive man... in my late 30's and have always had my treatments with the person, Trish that this guy mentioned. She is and has always been nothing but\r very professional, well trained, and courteous. I was so pleased seeing she was still there. It's a shame anyone can write anything they want on the web at times. This sounds like to me this guy must have had a ""crush or thing"" for her and as pretty as she is wanted nothing to do with this pervert. All one has to do is look at the other fine reviews written about this well established business to see that was written out of spite. The fact that this guy was so disrespectful putting a persons full name Online tells me a whole lot about what is the true situation. Let me just say that in my business I am trained to spot this type of ""unusual"" behavior. This seems like a classic case of what I read in my manuals. \r On behave of the 99% of customers who trust and love Dr B and staff please accept my apology for one unruly and my guess ""rejected"" customer. I can't say enough wonderful things about Franklin Skin and Laser. I went in for Laser Hair Removal and cannot believe my results. I previously went to another place in Nashville and was very disenchanted by the spa's high prices and sales pressure. At Franklin Skin and Laser, I really feel like they care about you and are not just out for the money. Trish and Carmen, the laser specialists, are the best! I had my legs lasered ad now I don't have to shave. I am going to move on to other body parts next. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else! more

I've been going here for several years now for various services. I've had both laser hair removal and laser vein treatments. The results have been amazing. I have course dark hair so laser hair treatments can be very painful; however the staff was very accommodating. It only took 2 treatments before I started to see results. I purchased a bikini and full leg package from here and at first i really liked this place, until i also visited nashville laser spa. After visiting NSL, i have to say that my visits were absolute TORTURE at franklin skin and laser. they started my laser BIKINI package out at either a 14 or 16, and if you dont know how painful that is, well i basically left in tears. not to mention the fact that the first few treatments i got from them i left with huge red welts all over my legs and bikini and it itched like crazy.and until my last two treatments i just had to grit my teeth and bear it. Then when I had my first visit at NSL, it was great, they started me out at a low setting and it worked just as well as when I was getting ""torture"" treatments. On my last visit when i asked them to turn the laser setting down at franklin skin and laser, their idea of turning it down was turning it to like a 20. Now after all that money and pain I went through my legs, nor my bikini are hair free. I would not go through it again if you PAID ME! more

I have been going to Franklin Skin and Laser for laser hair removal treatments and I couldn't be happier both with the experience and with the results. I felt completely at ease, did exactly what he told me to do, and almost 6 months later my skin is practically flawless. I just completed my 5th session of laser hair removal for my legs and underarms and I could not be happier! Carmen is fantastic and so thorough. I have now gone to ""Dr. B"" for several procedures, and he is amazing! Along with being highly professional and knowledgeable, he really listens to my needs/concerns and never rushes me. Unlike other doctors, I don't feel like he overbooks his days, so he really gives me the adequate time I desire. He is pretty conservative with his procedures and is very much a perfectionist - all good with me, especially when it comes to my face! My satisfaction is a top priority. I definitely look younger and more refreshed, yet my results are subtle (thank goodness - I don't want a frozen face.) I couldn't be happier.
