\r I first went to The Franklin Center for Botox and Juvederm. It was my first time for Juvedern and I was very pleased with my results. At that time Dr. Bengelsdorf suggested (not pushed) that I have IPL treatments on my neck and chest. I had so much sun damage and many age spots. Some were running together to make one large blotch. After one treatment, I was amazed and thrilled. I decided to have my arms done too. After three treatments the results are beyond my belief!!!!! The staff there are so nice. And Dr. Bengelsdorf gives you your money's worth. He does not skimp. And the equipment he uses is the best on the market. I would highly recommend The Franklin Center. Give it a chance. I received my favorite beauty treatment ever at The Franklin Center. I have always been a fan of all types of beauty treatments (microdermabrasion, BOTOX?, chemical peels, electrolysis, laser hair removal, facials etc..) so I consider myself an expert at rating beauty clinics and spas.\r \r The Franklin Center is truly a doctor?s office and has all the newest equipment and procedures available. I feel very comfortable that the clinic does not skimp on anything right down to offering me a bottled water beverage at each visit (water is good for the complexion).\r \r My favorite beauty treatment at The Franklin Center was a combination BOTOX? and JUVEDERM? treatment. This was the most dramatic beauty result I have ever experienced from all my prior beauty treatments. I feel 100% better!\r \r I feel very confident with Dr. Bengelsdorf. He has a conservative approach and helped me make informed beauty treatment choices that would make me happy.\r \r The entire staff is also truly very, very nice and conscientious!\r \r I highly recommend The Franklin Center and am so happy I found it! There are ""face centers"" all over the Williamson County area - what I was looking for I found at The Franklin Center. Excellent doctor and friendly trained staff in a private, caring atmosphere. I had questions regarding the IPL treatment I wanted, and ""Dr. B"" answered my questions/concerns thoroughly. No one tried to ""sell"" me something I didn't want or need - and the best part is I'm thrilled with the result! No, I don't look 30 again, but I'm sure looking good for my age (no, I'm NOT telling). Reasonable prices , no waiting. Yes, I'm going back for facials, microderm, and when and if I need anything beyond that, this is the first place I'm calling! I received excellent treatment, great results, great service at a fair price - what more could I want! more

No comparison - the doctor and aesthetician were way more attentive to me than anywhere else I've been. I didn't have to wait at all, they were upfront with their prices and didn't pressure me to buy anything, unlike many of the other ""chain"" franchises I've been to. Their equipment is also brand new and in my opinion, works better than other places I've been to. A great place to go! - M\r \r more
