I work in the entertainment industry, and it's important for my skin to be at its best at all times. Being twenty-four years old, you would think acne would have left my body by now, but surprisingly, it had got worse with age. After having enough of trying to cover it up with makeup daily, I went to Dr. Bengelsdorf in Franklin after reading so many great reviews on him and his staff. The reviews stand true. Not only do I appreciate the reminder calls for appointments (thanks Sarah and Trina), but I also appreciate being greeted with a smile when I come through the door. Little things like that matter to me. As for Dr. Bengelsdorf, after a thorough evaluation of my skin, I was clearly an ""interesting"" case, but he knew just what to do. I felt completely at ease, did exactly what he told me to do, and almost 6 months later my skin is practically flawless. I cannot thank him and his staff enough for being so efficient, patient and knowledgeable about my skin. They truly do take the time to get know you and your skin and before you know it, you have your desired result... all because they really do care. My skin (and my confidence) can't thank them enough!
