Sarah, you're a sweetheart. Every time I walked in for a treatment, you made me feel like I was the only patient the office had. Dr. Bengelsdorf and Carmen: a big thank you. After 5 treatments, the two (rather large) patches of spider veins are virtually gone. After 16 years I can wear shorts again without being embarrassed. I originally started laser hair removal at a different place out of town and did not see great results. After about 3 treatments at Franklin Skin and Laser I noticed that I didn't have to shave as often and my hair was no longer prickly. As you all know Williamson County is flooded with skin care centers and I have been to my fair share of them, so believe me when I say this is a fantastic facility. My first appointment was for a microderm and I was so pleased that I immediately purchased a package for three more. My aesthetician, Stephanie, is so knowledgable and patient. During each appointment she takes the time to evaluate my skin and deliver a thorough treatment. I was so impressed with Franklin Skin and Laser that I had my first ever BOTOX treatment with Dr. Benglesdorf. He immediately put me at ease with his calm and conservative approach. I was so pleased with my results that my husband decided to make an appointment. He had BOTOX and JUVEDERM treatments and was thrilled with his results too. Franklin Skin and Laser is a nice new facility with top notch equipment and friendly knowledgable staff. I am so happy that I found them and would highly recommend them. Give them a chance. I got laser hair removal on my lip and chin on my Mediterraean face and I couldn't believe how fast the results were. After the first treatment, I noticed a HUGE difference in the rate of growth--I did not have to tweeze every day anymore. By the fourth treatment the hair was gone!\r \r I loved Franklin Skin & Laser so much that I decided to get a microdermabrasion from Stephanie. Their microdermabrasion machine is way better than most salons! My face was completely smooth and everyone noticed that my face looked different. I have visited salons for hair removal, and found the experience of waxing very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the hair returns 2 weeks later! I have had 3 treatments to my back and neck at Franklin Center- Skin and Laser that has resulted in permenent removal at least 75% of the hair. I have two treatments left and do not expect I will need more. There are a lot of ""skin centers"" in the Nashville area, and I decided on The Franklin Center for Skin and Laser Surgery because of their great location, incredible hours, and the fact that they are not busy doing ""bigger"" plastic surgery cases. They are truly focusing on what their name says...Skin and Laser, imagine that! As a working ""client,"" their evening and weekend hours are a HUGE plus for me. When I entered the office I was greeted promptly and my microderm was started right on time. The aesthetician was very informative explaining the treatment, what it would feel like, answering all of my questions, discussing my skin, and most importantly she asked me what I expected out of the treatment. I also mentioned that I was interested in laser hair removal. She did NOT pressure me at all, she spent time talking to me about that treatment and gave me an information packet to take home along with checking to see if I was a good candidate for laser hair removal. So she didn't pressure me, and more importantly she didn't try and get me to purchase a treatment I wasn't a good candidate for. There are a lot of choices out there, but if you want great service from a center that has a great staff, is clean, has new equiptment, has evening/weekend hours, has fair pricing, you can't go wrong in selecting The Franklin Center for Skin and Laser surgery.
