I had moved away briefly (business transfer) and when I got transferred back, I was delighted to find Franklin Skin and Laser still going strong! They by far are the best any where (I have been to 3 in 3 different states).\r
I just read a review (see below) and was taken back by this person's lack of respect. I am told by others that I am a attractive man... in my late 30's and have always had my treatments with the person, Trish that this guy mentioned. She is and has always been nothing but\r
very professional, well trained, and courteous. I was so pleased seeing she was still there. It's a shame anyone can write anything they want on the web at times. This sounds like to me this guy must have had a ""crush or thing"" for her and as pretty as she is wanted nothing to do with this pervert. All one has to do is look at the other fine reviews written about this well established business to see that was written out of spite. The fact that this guy was so disrespectful putting a persons full name Online tells me a whole lot about what is the true situation. Let me just say that in my business I am trained to spot this type of ""unusual"" behavior. This seems like a classic case of what I read in my manuals. \r
On behave of the 99% of customers who trust and love Dr B and staff please accept my apology for one unruly and my guess ""rejected"" customer. Trish you continue treating your patients as you have and thank you for what you do for us.
