Well I finely got my car back yesterday. I took it in for some warranty work witch they said would only take a day to do. Now its 10 days later and I get it back for the 4th time with things still not done. The Service writer and the Service manager need to learn some customer skills I wish I could rewind the clock back six months and bought my Charger somewhere else. Brock H \r more

We really appreciated how comfortable they made us feel while we were shopping around. The professionalism was there from beginning to end. I purchased a pick-up truck from Fowler Dodge. What I liked about them was how I could walk in and there was no pressure to buy anything. Exceptional Service! 5/1/2014

The service at Fowler Dodge is excellent. My rear passenger side window was not rolling up or down. I called them and spoke to the salesmen who sold me my car and he got in touch with the service manager. The service manager called me back and set up an appointment for me to come in. I live two hours away from them but chose to make the drive because they are so nice to deal with. They had me in and out within an hour. The problem was fixed. Everybody is pleasant, in a good mood and outgoing. I would not want to deal with anybody else but them. I went to Fowler Dodge for the first time, and the guy who sold me the truck was very thorough with everything. He was thorough with the truck and what the accessories were. Definitely recommended 4/23/2014

I was very happy to have found Fowler Dodge as a buyer. I really enjoyed talking to the salesman. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and honest. He wasn't pushy about me purchasing anything and the prices were very fair. I had some pretty bad credit upon walking in and I really appreciated that they were able to work with me on that. From beginning to end, they were very personable and accommodating with helping me finance a new Dodge Ram. Their guidance and attitudes made all the difference. Overall great experience purchasing a vehicle 4/19/2014

4-19-14 My wife and I went to Fowler Dodge with the intention of just looking at some small, used SUV's. We decided to purchase a 2008 Nissan Rogue. Dustin Davis the salesman was fantastic, he was patient, honest, knowledgeable and made it possible to get the vehicle at the price we wanted. Ethan with finances helped out a lot as well getting us a lower APR for the vehicle. The vehicle had some brake noise issues that were supposed to be attended to. On the way back home we noticed the noise was actually worse. When I pulled the wheels off to check the brakes I also noticed the CV axle boot on one side was torn and the lower control arm bushings needed to be replaced, I figured with a 120 point inspection this would be fixed. Emergency service success! 4/14/2014

While passing through OKC with an RV in-tow, my wife and I experienced a catastrophic failure of the water pump on our 2006 RAM 2500 CTD. We found ourselves stranded in a truck stop on a Friday afternoon; completely unfamiliar with the services in the area. A discussion of my problem with Jeff in Fowler’s service department reassured me that I had contacted the right OKC dealership to handle my problem. By Tuesday afternoon my RAM truck was completely and competently repaired for a reasonable price. We continued the trip to our home in Tennessee without further incident. I enthusiastically recommend Fowler’s service department in general, and talking to Jeff in particular, when the need for repairs or maintenance arises. Fowler’s treatment of my one-time, emergency repair job was first-rate. I can only envy the good care offered to regular customers. RESPONSE FROM Fowler Dodge: Thank you for your feedback, Jim. very poor service after the sale 2/24/2014

I had recently bought a 60,000 dollar truck from them and the salesman was fantastic. that's where it stops.... the service department is incompetent at what they do I have had my truck for less than a month and the shop has already had it for 2 weeks now they have put bout the same miles on it as what I have. they do not call for updates on your vehicle nor do they call you when your vehicle is finished. they will lie to you and tell you they are ordering your part then send you an email 4 days later say they are ordering the part now. the problem I had at first was the rf hub wich just need to be reset so they told me they are replacing it and kept it for 8 days and never replaced it. and low and behold a week later it goes out again this time they had it for five days sayin the part was already in stock and just got an email from them sayin they just now ordered the part. they are a bunch of liars and only want your money. after the sale they are as worthless as ever very very rude in the service department all around. I will NEVER recommend them for anything ever. more

I thought Fowler Dodge really tried hard to get the deal done. At the beginning, we weren't very close together. I think they worked a lot harder the second time than they did the first. They really did what they could to get the deal the second time around. more

I was very pleased with the experience I had at Fowler Dodge. Everybody was extremely polite, attentive and helpful when I purchased a car from them. It was great! My salesman was Dustin Davis. He was outstanding. He was a very nice, polite, helpful, young man. I didn't ever have the feeling of the pushy, car salesman reputation that drives everyone crazy. They were extremely helpful and polite. I went in there knowing what I wanted, and they produced it. I can't say enough about the whole ordeal. It was a very positive experience. more

I had a really good experience with Fowler Dodge. They were very helpful. I am a first time car buyer and they made it so easy for me. I felt comfortable asking all of the questions I had and they were able to answer them. I also got an awesome interest rate and my payments are very manageable. I would tell any potential customer to definitely use them and to feel free to ask as many questions as they need to. I love my car! more

Superb used car purchase experience 12/16/2013

Having poor credit I was unsure whether I could qualify for a vehicle loan. Working with Victoria I gave her my monthly payment requirements. She coordinated with finance and found that I could finance a vehicle in my price range. I selected a Mercury Mariner from their used car inventory and a couple of hours later I drove away with a clean, low mileage vehicle complete with free oil changes for three years. Victoria was extremely knowledge about the vehicles I looked at and very pleasent to work with. Ethan in finance made the loan process simple, easy, and fast. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and was helped immediately by Narin who hooked my up an 09 Chevy Impala SS. He was really helpful and made the shoe experience really easy. I also got financing at a really low rate thanks to Ethan, who was super patient too, as it was my first time buying a car. Narin also showed me around the rest of the dealership too.
