Worst

New Truck Purchase 1/14/2012

The Associate showing me trucks was polite, easy going and certainly not pushy. The offer made with a tow hitch receiver and warranty were about as good as I expected. I left feeling I purchased my truck at a fair price and enjoyed the staff that assisted me, worthy of me visiting in another year or so when I upgrade another Chrysler product I own. more

Fowler 240 was really helpful. They keep me up to date. The salesperson I had both times I went there kept in touch with me and made sure I was doing okay as a person as well as making sure my car was okay. It's just been a good experience with them. A. Reynolds more

Better than David Stanley. 12/29/2011

We had a pretty good experience with Fowler 240 Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They did really good for us. We went in and got a cheaper payment on a vehicle with better gas mileage. I found Fowler 240 Chrysler Jeep Dodge on the internet. They had the car I wanted, which was a Volkswagen Beetle. They were nice there. I paid cash, so I was in and out and done in 15 minutes. It was an easy experience with no problems. I would go back there again. more

Foster Baker was our sales person. My wife and I both thought his way of serving customers was great. 12/9/2011

I did some research on the internet and came across the Fowler 240 website. I called and began talking with Foster Baker. I appreciated the way he helped me and answered questions. After several calls my wife and I drove to the dealership. We were a little uneasy at first, but after Foster located us and we began talking, we relaxed. Now, I'm not saying it was a totally stress-free experience; it was buying a new car after all, but we did get what we felt was a good deal. We plan to use the service department for maintenance and repair, but haven't use it as of yet. Again, Foster Baker's sales approach and and manner of helping customers is the main reason we bought from Fowler240. more

Salesman Tom King was very helpful. It was a very cold day so he move truck into service bay to give us an opportunity to view the vehicle in comfort. Truck was exactly what i had been looking for at a price i can live with. more

Best car shopping experience ever 12/1/2011

I worked with JC and his manager, and I gotta say I was very impressed. The guys were real, helpful, not too pushy and they worked hard to get me the lowest APR I have ever got. They beat the other dealers that we used hands down. I even sent a few people their way because the service was so good. I can't sand those other places where the sales guys practically hold you hostage. more

best new car salesman 11/30/2011

my wife and i had been shopping for a new car, and nobody could work the financing on our terms. we went to fowler dodge and got a salesman by the name of FOSTER, he showed us a new 2011 caliber, just what we wanted, we test drove it , Foster told us all about the car. Foster put a deal together and got our financing better than we expected. OUR NEW CAR 11/30/2011

my wife and i were shopping for a new car , nobody could put a deal together on financing with our needs, so we checked out FOWLER DODGE, and got with a salesman named FOSTER, he showed us the car we wanted a new 2011 caliber, we took it for a test drive it was great, Foster told us all about the car, we decided to make the purchase. Foster put together a deal and helped get us a great financing deal, it was better than what we were asking, low apr. and lower payments. if your in need of a car or truck, go to fowler dodge and ask for Foster, thanks again FOSTER for help making our new car purchase the best. we highly recommend FOSTER, AND FOWLER DODGE. Great! 11/29/2011

My husband and I went somewhere else the night before going to Fowler 240 and didn't even get to test drive a vehicle after spending 2.5hrs there, we went to 240 the next day and in the same amount of time we bought a car and were leaving. Foster was our salesman and made the experience even better, he was very easy to work with and didn't try to push us into something we didn't want. I tell everyone to go here. more

Excellent buying experience 11/29/2011

I usually get most my truck buying answers from the internet before, but when buying a work truck... some answers can't be found. Nice to find a salesman who knows his way around a truck, and not just that its shinny and red or black. A thanks to Mr. Cox, who worked his tail off, as well as the staff around him getting the deal done!! I can't remember their names. Thanks, Daniel and the truck is awesome! more
