Worst

Good experience besides the wait time. 6/25/2012

This was the third vehicle I have bought from them, so that kind of explains what I think about Fowler 240 Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I had a good experience besides the wait time, which was kind of ridiculous. They did get it done and get me out, but it took them a while to get to me. I don't know if they were busy or what, but ultimately, they worked on a deal with me, and we got it done. I couldn't ask for any more than that. They got it down into my pricing range. Great dealers, slow paper processing 6/22/2012

I just didn't like the finance department at Fowler 240, I waited 3.5 hours and they knew I needed to get back to work and they exaggerated and said it would be only 10 minutes. I knew what I wanted when I came so I didn't need help when I came in (in terms of picking a truck) but the dealers were helpful regardless. Haggling needed, but stayed in my budget 6/15/2012

I purchased a vehicle through Fowler 240 Chrysler Jeep Dodge and it was a positive experience. When I told them what I wanted to pay, I didn't appreciate when they came back with something at a higher rate but they eventually get down to your budget-I wish we could have skipped the haggling process considering I was so explicit about my budget. Fowler 240 listened to our needs and did what they could to make them happen. They were willing to get what we needed but not go over that or charge us over that. Memorial 5/27/2012

This was a one memorial day weekend that I will not forget. Just went in to look at cars and was treated very well. The spider monkey J.C. was real helpfull and did not play any games. Easy to work with and honest about what I was looking for. Ethan was the man with the numbers and we had no problems making this thing happen. The car runs great. I'm very pleased with it. I'd give Tom a 5+ for customer service. If anybody needs a car, go there and ask to talk to him. He really went above and beyond for me. Good service but we did not get all the features we were told the car would have. 4/10/2012

The salesman from Fowler 240 Chrysler Jeep Dodge told us that the car had some features that it did not have. After we had bought it and brought it home we noticed that it did not have navigation or heated cup holders. Everything else went smoothly. I have dealt with Fowler 240 Chrysler Jeep Dodge once before. They gave me a pretty good deal before and also on the truck I recently got through them. There were a few little bumps in the financing process. I had to come back in and redo the loan application which did slightly raise my rates. I don't really think that was there fault though. I recently purchased a vehicle through Fowler 240 Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They ended up helping me get back home with my new car. Sometimes it can get hard to get back with two vehicles - the one you get there with and the new one. They ended up driving one of them back to my house. We were in the market to purchase a vehicle and very specific in what we were looking for. We have never purchased a vehicle online without ever seeing it first. As I looked for new cars I checked out Chrysler cars and I fell in love with one in particular. I checked out many places but only Fowler 240 Chrysler Jeep Dodge had it. I wanted a 2012 series but they gave me a 2011. Both are nice but I want the 2012. I have to go back to exchange it. One of the guys wanted to give me an APR that was way too high but I was able to talk it down a bit. I took it just because I love the car. more

I shopped at several dealers in one day looking for a newer truck. Though the exact truck i was looking at on the website had alerady been sold several days earlier, i actually found a few good choices. My salesman was a younger guy but seemed to know enough about the vehicles and was very easy to deal with. The sales manager was nice enough. And I got the deal i was looking for. Had they both been terribly rude it would have made little difference as price is the most important thing. But they displayed quality customer service. My sales man even came up on his day off to see me through when i dropped off the check. I financed through my bank as i had intended from the start. I agreed to here your finance officer's offer, it was not a bad offer. However he, who looked like the principle off farris Buelar's day off was unimpressive. Talking fast and using numbers and acting like disagreeing with him is stupid may work in many cases, I was unimpressed. He's was harsh and rude. When i came in a few days later to pick up the truck I sat down with another loan officer in the box. This guy was offering the same deal but was much more resonable and respectful. I however declined as my bank is where i do business and I would like to keep it that way. However one bad apple must not spoil the bunch and I rather enjoyed my buying experience. more

I RECENTLY TOOK DELIVERY OF A '12 CHARGER. ALTHOUGH NOT EXACTLY THE ONE I INTENDED TO GET; THE SALES STAFF WAS ABLE TO SHOW ME SOMETHING THAT WAS COMFORTABLE. THE SALES STAFF, MR. BROWN AND MR. BAKER, EXPLAINED THE FINANCING AVAILABLE, TRIM PACKAGES AND DELIVER THE CAR WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. I WILL RECOMMEND FOWLER240 AND THE AFOREMENTIONED SPECIFIC SALES MEMBERS TO OTHER PEOPLE. more
