Helpful, Friendly and Quick 12/8/2012

Matt Hennessee was our salesman and he was extremely helpful. Answered all out questions, made sure we were comfortable during our wait for all the paperwork was complete. Got us a great deal on the new truck, which we absolutly love. The service department did our 1st oil change and was very quick and friendly. I recommend Fowler 240 and Matt to all my friends. My family's always dealt with Fowler 240. My brother has bought five trucks from them, and my dad has bought eight. They've always treated us fine. Everything is great. I bought a truck from Fowler 240. They were very friendly. I had a little bit of a wait with some of the financing, since there weren't enough finance guys available while I was there. I bought a car from Fowler 240, and the salesman was wonderful. There was no pressure at all. They had to bring in the car from another place, and he kept me in contact the whole time. He called to let me know when it had arrived and even sent a picture of it on the lot. more

Truck Service 11/13/2012

I made a 0800 appointment to get my spark plugs replaced and was told it would be done in around 3 to 4 hours. It wasn't done until 1700. No service person ever came up to me during that time to inform me of the status of my vehicle or why it was taking so long. Customer service goes a long way. I probably wont ever go there again for any service. more

Excellent Experience!!! 10/15/2012

We had been looking for and researching purchases for quite awhile. We found what we wanted online at their website at an unbelievable price!!! We went in with less then great credit and we walked out two hours later with the durango we wanted for the price we wanted and the payments we wanted. Foster was a real straight forward and helpful salesman and Ethan was a very quick and helpful finance person. Our three year old son had a blast too playing with all the halloween decorations and he had to tell everyone about the spider that was crawling after him!!!!LOL Thanks guys. Outstanding!!! 9/20/2012

My salesman was Enoc Garcia. I went in there with a specific vehicle in mind. I had my mind made up all the way to the exact color. And just a short time later I was driving that exact vehicle off the lot. And they got it for me within the range I asked for with little trouble. It was by far the best car buying experience I've had. Both Enoc and the general manager, Jay, were extremely professional and courteous. They went out of their way to help me out and get me what I wanted. The best part is that the whole process was completely hassle free. They didnt pressure me into anything that I didnt want. I dont foresee getting rid of my brand new Wrangler anytime in the forseeable future but the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle I will definitely be going back to Fowler. Good deal. 7/30/2012

At first, they were on the borderline of all bad marks, because the first time I went into Fowler 240, nobody said anything to me. I literally just walked around and they looked past me. Somebody called me back later on, and they were supposed to see me, so I went in and gave them another chance. The sales rep promised me the car I wanted, and she delivered it. So, I didn't care about my earlier experience since I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Everything else was water under the bridge. Fowler 240 was definitely very professional and courteous. Their customer service was excellent. Both the salesmen and the finance office were courteous, professional, and easy to work with. They were very helpful with getting the financing squared away in a timely fashion. In fact, of all the vehicles I have had, it was one of the quickest purchases. When buying a car from a dealer, the timeline can typically turn people off. I want go give extra credit to Mason, who went out and helped expedite the detailers with getting the car back to us.
