No buyer's remorse! 11/21/2011

I actually went into Fowler 240 Chrysler Jeep Dodge to take care of maintenance issues in my jeep I had at the time. They were going to do some work on one of the headlights. I went back and forth, and I ended up getting a good deal at Fowler 240. No buyer's remorse! Go into Fowler 240! You can probably negotiate a decent deal. The financing guys are pretty good and are not going to screw you over. Robert at the financing office gave me a good deal! I liked Fowler 240 Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I had a really good experience. I really enjoyed the salesman, but I did not like the extras they tried to him with with in financing at all, and I actually almost left because of it. more

I have had a lot of experiences with a lot of different dealerships in okc and fowler dodge is by far the best of all I have had any dealings with. My experience was excellent. From the salesman Foster, the manager Lonnie to the service area.........Excellent in every way. more

We went to a dealership on Friday. I found a vehicle on Saturday. We went to Fowler I-240 Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Saturday, but my vehicle was on display at the Oklahoma city fair so I couldn't get it then. I purchased it on Saturday and was in it on Monday. Great vehicle! 9/27/2011

I thought the sales service at Fowler I-240 Chrysler Jeep Dodge was excellent and very helpful. My vehicle is great! I am very happy with how clean it was, I have high attention to detail and was very impressed with their care with the detailing of their vehicles. I worked with Mason and Foster. I thought Mason was helpful, and he seemed to know exactly what I wanted, although some things weren't correct that he told me, but it was okay. I never knew where Foster was going, and thought he should tell a customer exactly what's going on. I used my own fiance guy, so their fiance guy was very unhappy with me and was obvious about showing it. With that said, I quite possibly might use them again. more

Ripped off by Fowler part 2 8/16/2011

THIS REVIEW IS PART TWO FROM APRIL-July 2011: For over a month the front air conditioning system had been turning off & on. You start up the van & it wouldn't work. 10 minutes into your drive it would suddenly turn on. One day my daughter shut the passenger door while it was running & it came on. So it sounded to me like something was loose. We had spent $700 3 months prior to this so I am angry its not working right. But at the same time, afraid to take my vehicle back in because of the hassle of last time. So one day it stops coming on at all, The rear system is still working, but when you have the front windows down that air doesn't cool the back the way it should. Van's don't have windows in the back, you are only able to vent the back two a few inches. So with the heat that we have had this summer, my kids have been miserable in the back. We arrive wherever we are going & they are very hot & dehydrated. I called the evening before to ask details of when I should bring my van in. H more

Ripped off by Fowler 8/16/2011

April 2011: Took Chrysler Town & Country in to see what it would take to get a/c running. After looking at it the estimate was $575 to replace front & rear blowers. Decided to go for it & let them have it for a day, when it was done went to pick it up & I spotted my van on the lot & went & started it, I was excited about finally having air conditioning. Sat in van for 10-15 min with front & back system running full blast. Air in back was so hot coming from vents it burned my hand. Air coming from the front wasn't even cold but not as hot as the back. I text my husband, he was at the desk paying for this. I told him this air is hot blowing from the van. An employee follows my husband out & tells me when you start driving the air will cool off. So we leave, husband had to leave for work & I am left to drive this thing around until it decides to cool off. Big surprise that never happened. I call them & the guy says " your air never cooled off for you after you drove it?" NO. Husband took more

fowler bad news 1/15/2010

i bought a used 2005 dodge caravan sxt with 27 thousand and change on the odo. Long story short it had to have 8,500 dollars in repairs to the front suspension with in 6 month of sign for damn thing. This didn't fix the problem. Took it to a different dodge dealership in town. They replaced the cradle bushings and fixed the problem. 8 thousand + and they never replace cradle bushing. Whats even funner is they replaced the whole k frame. Don't buy nothing from these poeple more
