I went into that dealership with a very specific car in mind. I worked with Catherine Lee and she was very helpful. I didn't feel pressured hardly at all, she was kind and courteo...

They can't fix major thing.

Customer service 4/7/2014

I normally don't do surveys for Hyundai of Kirkland. Because I don't ever have my Santa Fe in for any problems. Oil changes are about all that needs taken care of. This last visit was a slow leaking tire--they found the nail and fixed the tire. Great job guys. more

To start, I love how everyone is easy to talk to and professional all at the same time. I have had experiences where the attitudes of salesman were obnoxious- not good- but at Ford of Kirkland everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Seems like a good family to be a part of and I am VERY satisfied with my '14 Mustang GT. Needless to say, I like this dealer to the point that I will refer my friends/family here in the future for vehicle purchases. Thank you! more

I bought Sonata last year and then I had a first oil change service. So far, I have no any problem on my car and service center. Especially, Sonata is a great car. I am very satisfied with my car and their service. more

I was a little apprehensive coming to look at a car on my own, but I had previously owned 2 Hyundai cars and knew I wanted to stay with that type of car. I saw an ad for the Sonata Hybrid so decided to check it out. Everyone I met at Kirkland Hyundai made me feel very welcome, especially Boston Jay. I never felt pressured to buy and felt like I was making a new friend instead. I've recommended Kirkland Hyundai to others and will return there for my next car!
