I went into that dealership with a very specific car in mind. I worked with Catherine Lee and she was very helpful. I didn't feel pressured hardly at all, she was kind and courteous. She was probably working with us up to an hour after they closed (a group ahead of us took their sweet time in financing.) and was energetic and excited they entire time. The only unfortunate thing is the car has a small scratch that I wasn't notified about previously (and didn't see it the first time I looked over the car.) I should have checked more closely, I just didn't realize it was too much of a concern when buying new.
