Best

I went into that dealership with a very specific car in mind. I worked with Catherine Lee and she was very helpful. I didn't feel pressured hardly at all, she was kind and courteo...

Worst

They can't fix major thing.

Updated: 2/3/2009

Recently during a visit to the service department i had some dissagreements with the work they had done I have to tell you readers that Ford of Kirkland came through after all. Jim Walen called me this morning and told me how important I was as a customer and that he wanted to make things right. I stopped by Ford of Kirkland and met with Jim and his wife Amy. It?s not very often that you meet someone with integrity but I have to say Jim has it. It is obvious that he cares a lot about their business and so does Amy. They bent over backwards to clear the air between us and restored my faith in their store. I have always respected Dan Lozott (internet sales) he sold me my truck in 1999 and has done a lot to make sure I was taken care. Dennis in parts is always willing to give me the right info and makes sure I get what I need as quickly as he can. A new guy to me Greg the ""New Car Sales Manager"" seems to be a real nice guy that is honest and wants to do what is right all the time. When you talk to this guy you know you are talking to someone that has a heart. All in all I will return to buy a vehicle from Ford of Kirkland and I definitely suggest you do to\r \r Thank you Pros: Sincere and Caring. Willing to work with you. Cons: Not enough people like the Jim and Amy Walen more

Dishonest service department. 2/3/2009

Very bad service department. I dropped off my car (2006 Mustang) due to a rattle in the dash. They kept my car for 4 days to ""diagnose"" the issue. When I got my car back I noticed mileage discrepancies. The car had been driven for almost 500 miles since I dropped it off. When I asked the service manager, he told me that his employees were honest and I was wrong about the mileage. My only mistake was that I did not notice the mileage immediately on pickup of my vehicle. I was supposed to get a survey from Ford to rate their service which I had gotten every time I dropped my car off for regular maintenance such as oil change. Once I complained to the service manager about this issue, I did not get the survey request. To add to my issues, the rattle started within two months of picking up the car. Pros: Location Cons: Everything else more

Dishonest 1/17/2009

We went to pick up our 2009 Fusion and found that the agreed to price had changed. They wanted an additional $500. They lied. Do walk out of the showroom unless you get the deal you want. Pros: Nearest dealer Cons: Dishonest more

Service and Sales best yet 11/6/2008

I have purchased 9 new cars in my lifetime. The last 3 here at Ford of Kirkland.\r All 3 purchases went very smoothly. I shopped around the first 2 times and found the prices here and financing were the best available for our family. We have 3 drivers in our family and our Mustang, Expedition and Escape are driven daily. \r The Service dept is amazing with a deli in the waiting room. A shuttle that delivers us to home/work and then back to the dealership later in the day, and the people in the lane are very helpful. We have never been over-sold on any maintenance, in fact one time I went in and requested an 80.00 alignment be done on my vehicle and the advisor showed me how all of my tires were wearing evenly and there was no need for that service at that time. Instead he showed me how much moisture was in my brake fluid and we flushed that system instead. My dollar is well spent at Ford of Kirkland as they make sure my vehicle gets what it needs and nothing extra.\r My mother in law, niece, and cousin and two of my neighbors have all purchased vehicles there on my reccomendation and they are all having the same experience my family has had\r Pros: honesty, convenience, pricing, discounts, customer service Cons: only 1 shuttle more

Never buy a car at Ford of Kirkland! Never! 11/2/2008

In May of 2008, I regrettably purchased a 2008 Ford Edge from Ford of Kirkland. The choice of vehicle is not the regretted issue, the dealership is. We were talked into buying what is called the Northwest Protection Package for $795. This package was stated to include a protective coating for the exterior paint, interior leather and fabric protection. My husband was appalled with the terrible job they had done. The car had not been buffed out and appeared as though someone had walked out in the middle of the job. \r \r In addition, there were a row of scratches that were on the car that were NOT on the car when it was brought in. The head person with the Detailing company agreed that it was a poor job. It was promised that the scratches would be taken care of when I brought the car back in. Later I find out from the sales manager that I was not suppose to have been sold the Northwest Package with its? questionable undercoating and that the person who sold me that car had been let go.\r \r The caveat of this whole debacle was the financing. On the recommendation of Ford of Kirkland, I set up the purchase of the car with their finance program AmeriCredit. I was guaranteed no hidden fees, early pay off or otherwise, if I were to pay the loan off prior to the first payment due date. \r \r The full amount of the loan was paid the day I received the payoff address; two weeks prior to the first payment date. Within a month, I received another bill for $400 from AmeriCredit as set up fee for the loan. I contacted Ford of Kirkland to dispute this as I was promised no fees of any kind would incur with early payoff. Mr. Wallie Ballie played me for a fool as he mislead me for several months that the dealership would take care of this matter and reimburse me for this bogus fee.\r \r After nearly twenty fake promises that this matter was being taken care of, Mr. Ballie left a phone message stating that Ford of Kirkland had changed their minds and would not be honoring their promise. Pros: Location Cons: Dishonest - overpriced - false promises - misleading - manipulative more

Excellent Customer Service with a Small Town Atmosphere 10/29/2008

Ford Of Kirkland presents a refreshing change for a Major Metropolitan Dealership having the largest selection of New Ford's and a High Quality lineup of Used Vehicles to pick from while operating low keyed as you might expect from a small town dealership. They obviously are doing things right as they are a sequencial three time Presidents Award Winner from Ford Motor Company, which is reserved for less than 10 percent of all Ford Dealerships and are currently in first place again this year for the same award. This dealership even has a full Deli that offers Home Styled Meals monday through Friday. I would highly recommed working with Raleigh Fouch for any of your vehicle needs. Pros: Accomodating Customers with Quality Vehicles and Top Notch Parts and Service Department more

Great service, nice people 10/14/2008

This dealership has great selection and nice people there from sales to service. Their mission statement is posted in the showroom and I think they really try to fulfill it. Tons of inventory. Good feeling there all around, no pressure like usual dealesrhips. Pros: Big inventory, staff courtesy more

BEWARE OF THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! 8/15/2008

Their Service Department is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Period.\r \r Took my vehicle in a few months ago for routine servicing prior to a trip that was expected to cost under $200 (quoted as such by the Service Advisor). Hours later I got a call from Service Advisor stating that several mechanical components were needing to be replaced. Ended up paying almost $2000.\r Took the replaced parts to an ASE-certified Ford technician (not at Ford of Kirkland) and discovered that 75% of the items did not require replacement.\r \r Then.......I took our vehicle back in just recently for an intermittent transmission shifting problem that suddenly appeared. I thought I'd give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE!!\r \r The Service Advisor almost immediately said that the internals were broken, the transmission was irrepairable, and that we would need to pay $3000 for a rebuilt transmission.\r \r After paying over $100 for their ""evaluation"" of the transmission problem I immediately removed the vehicle from Ford of Kirkland and went to a local, and very reputable, transmission shop.\r \r The problem ended up being a minor component that had failed and the entire repair cost me less than $300.\r \r That is THE LAST TIME I will ever take any vehicle into Ford of Kirkland.\r \r CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! They are liars, scammers and rip-off artists.\r more

Worst Experience Ever..... 3/17/2008

I would definitely NOT recommend Ford of Kirkland to anyone and I know I will never even consider purchasing a vehicle from them. We found the sales team there to be very pushy and insistent that we buy their (over-priced) vehicle. Additionally, after completing the required paperwork for financing approval the interest rates that they offered us seemed unbelievably high. When we asked about it we were told it was because of our credit scores. The high-pressure, condescending sales tactics made us feel really uncomfortable and like we were being taken advantage of. Luckily, we decided not to buy from them and just purchased our car elsewhere, where using the exact same application data (i.e. same credit report, same credit scores and same financial data...NOTHING had changed) we were offered financing at an interest rate of LESS THAN HALF of what Ford of Kirkland had offered. \r \r If you have to deal with them I would suggest you secure outside financing or do your research first so that you'll know right away if they are offering a fair deal, however I would definitely not recommend Ford of Kirkland to anyone. Pros: --- Cons: High prices, pushy sales staff, questionable integrity more
