We actually enjoyed the car buying experience. Don Rae, our salesman, was excellent! He was well educated in the Hyundai product line and offered a level of service seldom seen now days. Also, no ""hard"" sell here - what a relief! The buying / selling atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. We purchased the 2011 Sonata Turbo. We LOVE the car. We picked the Sonata over a 5 Series BMW. We will be replacing our SUV in about 6 months and will definately buy from Don at Hyundai of Kirkland again! more

I needed to trade in my 14 year old truck. I met Todd Ireland, sales professional at Ford of Kirkland and it was clear he knew what he was talking about as it related to Ford Trucks. Todd was knowledgable and helpful. Once we got close to making a final decision Todd was able to work through the sales process very quickly while covering all the bases. I feel I got a good deal on my trade-in (thanks to the 'big-Swede' Erik Clark). I was looking to buy a full-size truck and shopped all the major brands. I had spent the last couple weeks touring other dealers and figured out what I wanted in a new truck and what I was willing to pay. My experience with Ford of Kirkland was a good one. A few days prior, I had a salesman at the Dodge dealership down the street try to hard sell me on something I didn’t want for an obscene price. At Ford of Kirkland, the sales staff who helped me (Tom McCabe and Todd Ireland) were awesome. Both listened well and put together a deal that no other dealer could touch. When they went over the numbers with me, there was no b.s. and no “bad” pressure. I drove home my new F-150 without feeling ripped off (which wasn’t the same feeling I had when I bought my previous new vehicle). I highly recommend this dealership. more

I go to them for all of my service. All of the people in the service department have been there for a long, long time. Jim Cox is my guy there and he is always pleasant and helpful. I went in for an oil change and was in and out in half an hour, with my car washed, no less. He always gets me in quickly and treats me like I'm the most important person there. I refer friends and family to him all of the time, because it's hard for people to find a service guy you can trust. Jim is that guy. He is the best! more

I just bought a an Escape at this dealership and had a great experience. I worked with John S. and he was awesome. I called ahead of time to let him know I was coming and what I was looking for and he had both cars ready for me when I got there. I definitely felt like they were working with me and trying to get me the best deal they could. I never felt like I was being pressured to do anything I didn't want to. Went into dealer at 2:00 pm on the Friday before Independence Day and walked out at 5:00 pm with a brand new 2010 Ford Fusion SEL. Got the car that I wanted and the deal I hoped to get. Staff is very excited and interested in their customers, however they do seem to be really busy.\r \r Great experience over all. Thanks guys! My wife and I live in Issaquah, and we drove all over the Seattle area to find a Ford F150. We went to several Ford Dealers, and were disappointing in the level of service at other dealerships. Ford of Kirkland was refreshing, and honest. The sales person we dealt with was very straight forward and helped us get the best deal possible. We just bought a used car from Aaron at Ford of Kirland, and couldn't be happier with the car, the deal, or the experiance. We have dealt with several dealerships during our used car search, and were frustrated with the games that were played. There were no games, and no BS when we dealt with Aaron. I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Ford of Kirkland. If I could give them less than a one star rating I would. They were dishonest and went back on what they originally had promised us. They were supposed to give us some money for a truck we turned into them. We waited for over a month for our money. When we finally called to see why we hadn't received our check we were told that they made a mistake and couldn't pay us what they had agreed to. It was THEIR mistake, not ours. In the name of good customer service and ethical business practices they should have still given us the small sum of money they agreed to. In the past we bought a truck and leased another from the dealership, but they will never get our business again and I would advise others to be careful of dealerships who promise one thing, but then do another. Cons: dishonest!!! more

Today I purchased an F250 Super Duty Diesel truck from Ford of Kirkland and it was a very positive experience. My sales person, Todd Ireland, is a very easy going individual who's main goal was to ensure that the vehicle I ultimately purchased was the best fit for me. There was no high pressure sales tactics just courteous and genuine folks. I would highly recommend Todd and the Ford of Kirkland team to anyone looking for a new vehicle! Ford of Kirkland is probably the worst dealership I have ever been to. DO NOT ever buy a used car from them. They lie about their inspection that they must get through in order to sell a car. 2 weeks after i bought the car from them i had to replace all rotors and pads of the break system. a couple months later came to find out that the AC clutch on the AC compressor is also missing. After calling them to talk to them about the problems of the car they ignored all of them and said that everything was fine when they sold the car. not to mention the fact that they are extremely rude when talking on the phone. Sales manager Walley and Eric are the two worst ones. DO NOT ever buy from them especially. more

Ford of Kirkland has been great to work with. I was impressed that when I came in and dropped my car off for an appointment that they had a great waiting area for the shuttle service with donuts, coffee.. you could even order breakfast! The shuttle was on time and dropped me off right at work. My service advisor called me throughout the day to provide status on my car. When I came back later to pick up my car, everything was done. I met with my service advisor who reviewed the repair with me and detailed the billing. The service department was very nice and attentive. I was on my way in one day! Ok... so I've purchased several vehicles in my lifetime. It seems like every single time is pretty much the same. I'm sure you know what I mean with all the games and stuff. At Ford of Kirkland it was so easy! Since I just wrecked my Honda CRV on the way up to the pass (stupid truck driver) I needed something fast. I know I know, from a Honda to a Ford... I did my research. Not to mention I am an American and let's face it, no foriegn manufacturer needed a bailout! Anyway, words to describe my experience buying a new Ford Escape... I bought a new Ford Fusion at Ford of Kirkland and it is the best car I have ever had. Leather seats, a moonroof, great gas mileage, it is perfect! I'd like to say how thankful I am to all the nice people at Ford of Kirkland for helping me get a brand new car. I was shopping for a used car but was able to finance a new car for an even lower payment. The salesperson was patient and knowledgable, knew exactly what car I would like. The managers who helped me get the loan were very professional and understanding. I just got my first oil change for it at 5,000 miles and the service was perfect. I was in and out, the service advisor was very professional and informative, it couldn't have went smoother. I really like the way this dealership gets the job done with a friendly attitude.
