Floor Decor did a small project for us. I had them install linoleum flooring in the bathroom. The technicians were very nice and did an excellent job. Everything looks great!

Carpet and Tile Installation 3/25/2014

I recently visited Floor Decor to purchase both wall to wall carpet and tile for a new renovation at my home. The selection was exceptional, and fit perfectly into my budget. The staff was attentive and the measurements were 'spot-on.' The installation team was friendly and professional. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend the entire team at Floor Decor! more

I was totally amazed at the service and professionalism I received at Floor Decor. Not only did they have an excellent variety of tile and granite, the product arrived on and was installed as specified. Follow-up and customer service was above and beyond and was provided by Janine Phoenix. She and her dad Mike make a great team. more

A good experience! 2/13/2014

Floor Decor carpeted my whole house. The gentlemen were very nice, kind and pleasant. It was a good experience. It wasn't unpleasant at all! It was a lot of work for them, and it was a lot of work for me. I tell you, it's easier to move than to have the whole house carpeted. The last time I used Floor Decor they carpeted just one room. They fella that came to the door was very nice and very kind. He did a nice job. I suggest they give you a nice selection of carpeting. Financially, you can get the best to the middle to lowest carpet grading. Next time I get more carpeting I will definitely use Floor Decor! more

Floor Decor provided exceptional customer service. They helped my fiance and me select new tiling for our bathroom remodeling. We went to their showroom, where they had an excellent selection. When we went to other places, we found that a lot of them only carried cheaper tile options. At Floor Decor, they had a mixture of everything. Once we purchased the tiling, I was the one to install it, but they made everything very easy for us up to that point. We would highly recommend others to shop at Floor Decor. more

I purchased from Floor Decor for the fourth time. I've keep going back to them, and I've already recommended them. The project they most recently did was a kitchen floor, and it turned out good! Both Mike and his daughter Janine are great to work with. I've never had a real problem, but if I have questions Mike comes right over to take a look. They are very good to deal with, and I would highly recommend them! more

A large selection 12/2/2013

We ordered some vinyl flooring from Floor Decor. It was our first time using them. They seemed to have a pretty large selection, and they seemed pretty knowledgeable about the different types of floor they offered. The only problem we ran into was they were supposed to be open until seven o'clock in the evening on a Thursday. We got there at six, and they were totally closed. Everything else went fine. They just weren't open when they said they would be. RESPONSE FROM Floor Decor: We're glad you enjoyed your whole experience from selection to purchase. We apologize we weren't there to serve you when you came to pick up your merchandise. We made sure someone was there to assist you with your merchandise pick up, so even though our store was closed, you were able to pick up your material. I apologize we personally could not be there for you. more

I was more than happy with Floor Decor. They were very attentive and very understanding. They explained everything to me. I was very confused going in as far as buying carpet went. Mike took the time to explain everything. Mike and Janine were incredibly understanding and patient. They let me take samples home and kept telling me to take my time. They didn't push me into any decision. They were incredibly wonderful. I have recommended them to many people. My daughter just went there to get carpeting for her new house. The carpeting looks very nice. It was installed really well. There were one or two little things we ran into with the the installer. There was a little bit of a mistake--just a minor thing. The installer actually called Mike and within a day or two he had checked it out and the following week he was here fixing it. I just can't say enough about how happy I was dealing with the Mike and Janine personally. I highly, highly recommend them, and I'm very fussy. If I'm spending this kind of money, I expect things to be perfect. more

Competitive pricing, good service, quick installation. 11/15/2013

I used Floor Decor for a rental property that I own. I've worked with them in the past, and I find their prices to be generally competitive and service to be good. Most recently, they installed four rooms with carpeting, and they redid my kitchen floor. The installation went well. There were just a couple of hiccups that were taken care of right away. I was not present for the installation. I just stopped in to make sure they got in okay with the key and that the correct flooring was put in. It took them about a day and a half to complete everything. If you are looking for flooring or carpeting, I would give Floor Decor serious consideration. more

We purchased a linoleum rug from Floor Decor. Their selection is very plentiful, and the service was good. I installed it myself, but they gave me all of the equipment I needed. Everything turned out well, and the rug looks really nice. We're looking forward to purchasing carpeting from them next time. If you are looking for any kind of flooring, go to Floor Decor. They will treat you well and do all they can for you. They really take their time with their customers. They want to make you happy. Believe me, you will want to come back. more

I went to Floor Decor to pick out linoleum for my floors. The sales representatives at the store were very helpful. I liked the linoleum they helped me pick out because it's thicker than what we previously had. It's just too bad the patterns come in individual tiles rather than in one sheet. It was not a problem though; I got what I wanted. The installation turned out great. The installers were very professional. They arrived on time and did the best possible job. In the near future, I'm going to use Floor Decor for the backsplash in my kitchen and also look at the rugs they offer. I would recommend working with them. They are all nice fellows, and I have no complaints about the service. more
