Review content:
I was more than happy with Floor Decor. They were very attentive and very understanding. They explained everything to me. I was very confused going in as far as buying carpet went. Mike took the time to explain everything.
Mike and Janine were incredibly understanding and patient. They let me take samples home and kept telling me to take my time. They didn't push me into any decision. They were incredibly wonderful. I have recommended them to many people. My daughter just went there to get carpeting for her new house.
The carpeting looks very nice. It was installed really well. There were one or two little things we ran into with the the installer. There was a little bit of a mistake--just a minor thing. The installer actually called Mike and within a day or two he had checked it out and the following week he was here fixing it.
I just can't say enough about how happy I was dealing with the Mike and Janine personally. I highly, highly recommend them, and I'm very fussy. If I'm spending this kind of money, I expect things to be perfect.
