Floor Decor

We went into Floor Decor looking for a customized rug. The gentleman who helped us was Mike. My wife explained to him what she was looking for and he directed us to a rug that made her go "Wow!" He customized it the way she wanted it and said we would get it in three to four weeks. We got it in four weeks and the timing was impeccable. She had just finished the walls, ceilings, the entire place and the furniture came in a day after the rug came in. They're very professional, helpful, and courteous. Bill W. more

When I went to the Floor Decor store, Michael waited on me. He was just great! He let me take a piece of flooring home, which I showed to my husband. We both decided not to go with that one, so Michael came out to the house to work with us some more. He really was fantastic. Once we had chosen a floor, they called to establish a delivery date and an installation date. They stuck to both of those promises and sent a very pleasant installer. The floor looks gorgeous now! We have used Floor Decor in the past, and we were so pleased that we didn't hesitate to work with them again at their new location. We were happy that they were still in business years later. That says a lot about a small business, especially in today's economy. You can tell they have the right kind of customer service skills and the best quality rugs and flooring. The showroom is very nice. It's set up really well. We were so happy with our choices for carpeting. We don't believe we would have found something like it at the big flooring chain stores. They let us take floor samples home with us in order to compare it with our colors. The selection was simply excellent. Michael was very attentive and personable to us. He even remembered who we were, even though it had been eight years when we built our home and first used them. He's always done his best to serve us. I don't know Michael well, but I have to say that in my dealings with him, I have been very impressed with his concern for our satisfaction. Prices were very good, too. Michael gave us a quote, and even though we did not finalize the deal until a few months later, he still honored the same quote. He wasn't pushy at all with us. He's a good guy. They also provided the installation for us, and those installers were very prompt and efficient. They removed our old rug, took everything out, and installed our carpets perfectly. We would use Floor Decor again, and we would highly recommend them to others. more

Five years ago, we knocked down our house, and when it came time to put it back together, we purchased all of our wood flooring and tiles from Floor Decor. We had tiles done in the bathroom, by the fireplace, and in our entryway, which Mike helped us to design. They have an extensive showroom, and they provide excellent installations. Our most recent purchase from them was our runner. Mike was more than happy to come to our home and see what he could do for the fifteen steps on our staircase. Everything came out perfectly. more

We had been looking for commercial flooring for several weeks and Floor Décor meant all of our criteria for excellent service - From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were pleasantly greeted by Janine and shown a variety of options to choose from (commercial flooring/carpeting is often limited but they had a great variety to suit our needs) Mike offered to come right out and take measurements same day - gave us pricing and more options when one of our selections was out of stock - delivered and installed in reasonable time. The service I received selecting a wood floor was unsurpassable. Mike was incredibly patient, courteous and respectful. I had been looking for a specific look in a wood floor and had nearly given up until I started working with Mike, who never failed to return calls, come up with sample ideas, and offer excellent advice. Most of all, he was extremely patient, as I was one of those who took a long time making a final decision. But he stuck with me and, in the end, I had exactly what I wanted. more

I just wanted an area rug. I had looked around a bit and thought I'd try Floor Decor. I liked the sample the gentleman at the store showed me, so I went with it. I like the rug very much. We're enjoying it. It's very nice and I'm very happy with it. I wish I had stopped in Floor Decor first before I went to all the other stores. more

Floor Decor is great. Jenine, the sales person, was really helpful with suggestions and ideas. They did a bathroom remodel and so I needed tile. They are doing it as we speak, and Jenine did a great job of setting it up until this point. more

A few months ago i was looking for a specific color carpet without success.As i was on my way home, exhausted from going to many stores without success, i decided to make one last stop at Floor Decor and there i not only found my carpet,i met mike who was very patient in explaining the different types of carpet and padding as well as wearability.I eventually ordered my carpet and set up an appointment for installation.The three men arrived on time and wasted no time getting started.They worked as a team and got the job done in the time the told me.After they completed the job they not only cleaned up but vaccumed and replaced my furniture using great care not to bump or scratched them.I am very pleased and satisfied with the job Floor Decor and the installers have done and i have recommended them to friends.Thanks to the team at Floor Decor. The team that installed the carpet were on time, pleasant. They confirmed where I was having the carpet installed. Were careful in moving furniture out and back into room. Once completed, the men removed all materials and vacuumed Anyone I speak to I let know if interested in flooring to stop by the showroom. Each time that I stopped by the store to pick out samples or ask questions,everyone was helpful. more

I was really impressed with Jeanine. She was very knowledgeable. When I tried to explain what I needed, she immediately had ideas and suggestions. She can answer lots of questions. Very easy to work with. Extremely helpful. The Floor Decor store had a lot of variety of flooring. I looked at the tiling as well and got advice on the granite countertops. When my daughter, who is in another state, had questions about flooring, I called up Jeanine and she was very helpful even for someone who wasn't going to be their client. I started working with them when we decided to remodel the kitchen with hardwood flooring. Delivery was on time and the workman were very good. I think Floor Decor is one of the best places I've ever been for home improvement. I just found them to be a totally pleasant experience and learned a lot. more
