Party Foul 1/24/2011

The carpet of mine was cleaned from them because it got really dirty at a party I had. All the chips got smashed on the carpet making a big orange stain. I sought out professional cleaners because my vacuum did not clean the stain out along with other materials. Looked on the internet and found Flat Rate.. they had a carpet cleaner at my home later that day. The cleaner spoke with me on how he would take the cheesy chip stain out, and I agreed with the price. Within a half an hour the stain was gone, and happy I called them. I am a big procrastinator, so it all went smooth and fast and they are a great and friendly company to use more

2 rugs cleaned- worry free 1/4/2011

impressed with their website an great coupons- decided this would be one of my 3 companies id have over for my free estimates for my 2 area rugs. they came and beat all the other 2 companies prices. plus free pickup and delivery- i was in! when the 2 rugs were delivered back to me, they looked like a brighter and cleaner color and the clean fragrance was a plus more

ooks like no stain was there Woke up and my dog had an accident on my carpet inb the bedroom. I called right away and talked to A Nice Lady who made an Appointment for later that Day. I had to be in work, so my Doorman showed them to my Place and the cleaner called me right away to tell me the Estimate. The price was good, so I authroized him to start the Job. I ended up paying Over the phone. It was a easy process, and when I came home from work, looks like no stain was there in the first place more

Emergency situation; not too bad Emergency awful Bed Bug situation turned out not to be that bad because on Flat Rate Carpet. I called in the morning, and they had someone over within 2 hours. The friendly guy told me the process on both our bed and the sofa and we decided to go ahead with the work. Happy we picked this company because they work efficiently and the fast service. more

Leather sofa was cleaned better than I could have wished Was always reluctant about getting my leather upholstry cleaned after having this done when desperatley needed it, will happily do it again with Flat Rate Carpet more

The ripped me off big time 10/28/2010

I am not extremely concerned with my furniture, but when someone's kid peed on my grandma's chair i figured I better do the job right. I called these guys and they came over within two days. They then proceeded to tell me a lot of false information about the cost (I stupidly did not check other prices) and thoroughly messed up my chair. It might be clean, but the stain is still there, the whole color has altered because of some protector chemical the guy used and now it doesn't match my couch. I was ignorant and now this complicates the situation with my friend whose kid peed on the chair. I have never had a professional cleaner before but my god i feel used. more

they made time for me in a panic moment...,.,.,.., so I wanted to write and thank them. I had a spill on a couch and I was renting the apartment for a month in the city. I called right away and they scheduled me in within the hour. its 2 days later and the stain is out and looking just as it was when I moved in. THANK YOU!!!!!! more

Couldnt be more pleased 10/20/2010

Couldnt be more pleased with Flat Rate Carpet. I called for my area rug that had water damage... They picked it up and explained the process.... Came back 2 weeks later without the mold and bad smell from being in the basement. Happy to have my rug in the living room for people to see now :D more

Well, my girl flew to Miami to visit her family, so i had this little get together with friends, and unfortunately the coke must of fell, and when we opened the bottle it exploded all over our white carpet and spots all over our white suede sectional sofa. I thought she would kill me, but thank god i called Flat Rate and they saved my life with great services, and Reasonable prices. I know i will use them again, and i recommend this to all who see this. And for the end of the story, when my girl got home, she thought i installed new carpets, Thats how amazing it came out... more

I was surprised how well they treated me from the first phone call till the time they were done. I was surprised they got my stubborn stain out, other companies tried to get ti out, they couldnt do it. It was a A-1 profession job. more

Best carpet Cleaners 10/6/2010

Last week I got a puppy, and he had an accident on my Sectional White Suede sofa. Seriously I freaked out, I thought I would have to get slip covers, but luckily I called the best carpet cleaning services, and they arrived within 3 hours. I couldn't believe they saved my sofa. It was such a relief. Anyway, i thank them so much and I will definitely use them again in the future, and i will definitely recommend them. more

Long awaited removal of a stain! 10/5/2010

The stain I had on my couch was a stain that was awful. I was always embarrassed of it and put throw blankets over the spot. I had Flat rate Carpet coe over for a free estimate..... and they mentioned they can gt out the stain with 100% guarentee.. igave it a go. I am pleased with the cleaning, its 1 week later and the stain is not viasble anymore........finally more

i had the grout and tile cleaned at my place.... in the kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms... what a difference my place looks! nice service.. ill be open to use them again about every 6 months more

i was looking through the internet and called different companies or my daughter. i live out of New York, and my daughter is busy with her studies, so I was happy to help her out. I spoke with a very nice and helpful lady over the phone to have someone come over and clean. My daughter said they were very terrific men that came to clean. All I had to do was pay over the phone and the whole process was a easy one! more

GOOD EXPERIENCE, GREAT CLEANING. CALLED WANTED CARPETS CLEANED, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR A CARPET CLEANING, WHEN THE CLEANERS CAME OVER THEY MENTIONED THEY CLEANED COUCHES, AND MINE SURELY NEEDED A CLEANING, SO I WAS PLEASENTLY SURPRISED ON HOW GREAT MY LIVING ROOM LOOKED AFTER ALL THE SPRUCING UP. more

I would use this company again and recommend it to others. I?ve used another cleaning company for many, many years, and they?re not open anymore. Flat Rate Carpet was one of my many companies that came for an appointment and I liked them best. Their prices were great along with the staff. They cleaned the carpet in my home, and it looks as good as new. more

I felt content with the cleaners at flat rate carpet because they knew what they were talking about when it came to my expensive rug. I also like how they had free pick up and delivery. I am very happy with how the rug came back looking extraordinarily cleaner than I thought it could look. \r \r more

I made an appointment through a Chat system they had through their website. Someone was able to come later that night when I got off of work to clean my carpet in my apartment. The process was performed in a fast manner with a hardworking man who did a terrific job! more
