I went to Ferrari Driving School to take 2 driving lessons. The 2 lessons were pretty good because they taught me things I didn't know. They helped me passed the road test and their service was great. more

It was a great experience. I never had the opportunity to ride a motorcycle ever in my life. First with these guys and they taught me so many things that I think most definitely will help to be a better rider. I passed the road test 1st try! I have been going to the Ferrari Driving School since October. I started at the Brooklyn location first because it was convenient. The people there are nice and accommodating. I wanted to get into driving buses so I began by taking classes to get my class B license. I felt very prepared and passed the road test on the first try, so now I am qualified to drive trucks and school buses. Now that I have decided I want to get my class A license, I am at the main office in Astoria for a few lessons. I have continued going there because it is convenient, and I am very happy with the service and pricing. more

The experience was more than I could have expected. It was amazing. At the Ferrari Driving School office I was greeted by Debra who was awesome and very informative. The instructor Hector was great and very patient. I told my girlfriend, brother, and another friend to go to them. Overall I got a good package with them. more

There should be a review on the motorcycle instructors and the DMV instructors as they are being unfair in their judging of those seeking motorcycle license. They are watching us fail and cheating some of us out of time, something needs to be done! more

Ferrari Driving School was very supportive. They made me feel that they were capable people that knew what they were doing. The teacher that I ended up with helped me out. The teacher showed me what I was struggling with, what to work on, and what I was doing well. Thanks to him I passed the test. more

I live in Astoria, queens and this school is a very convenient location for me. I read some *positive* reviews about the school online, with a few red flag, ""AWFUL EXPERIENCE"" reviews which i didn't pay enough attention to. RESULT: credit card charged for $58 at the moment of booking rather than the service provided (3 full weeks ahead of the class) (which is a SCAM RULE #1). i subsequently cancelled the evaluation class (on time of course). Then i called almost ONE MONTH LATER because i saw on my credit card statement that the school never bothered to re-imburse me. I called the same day and the person i spoke to (a rude female) asked me if i ever ""asked to be re-imbursed"". Now, i work in finance and know the way normal, honest companies are run. I have never encountered a business that NOT ONLY would charge and keep my money well ahead of the time of delivering a service, but also would ask for an explicit ""PLEASE RE-IMBURE ME NOW"" request in order to process it. I asked to be re-imbursed in full. This time i find out that THERE IS A $10 SURCHARGE that the school keeps. Of course, nobody ever told me about this. The rude operator referred me to look at the bottom of the email confirmation that i got at the time of booking my first class. And of course, here it was, in tiny font at the bottom, an explanation of the surcharge that i never got any idea they had at the time of registering (and after, up until now). In short, PLEASE, IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU, AVOID THIS SCHOOL. Be kind to yourself. Don't get sucked in -- they spend a lot of time on marketing but do yourself a favor -- listen to what the customers tell you about this one. more

I went to this school to get my driver's license and had the best experience possible. I had never driven a car an honestly I don't even think I was a beginner. My lack of experience and only knowledge of driving was reading the DMV manual. I was impress that my instructor Luis Valentine Ferreiro was so patient and kind with me. I genuinely appreciated that whenever I did something incorrect he allowed me the time to correct myself without ever showing any frustration or annoyances. I am ecstatic to state that I did receive my driver's license on 7/26/11 (wooohooo) but I do know that it wouldn't be possible without Luis. Now I can't lie, the school itself caused many problems. Anything from driving lessons that where scheduled would be canceled or changed without my consciousness & constant changes in prices which drove me nuts. But the ONLY reason that I stuck with this school was simply because Luis showed how much he cared and would always help resolve an issue I had. I know this is long overdue but due to serious family issues I couldn't comment earlier on this school. But without a doubt without Luis I don't think this school is very good at showing people that they truly care about receiving their licenses as well as having any organization when it comes to scheduling appointments . I do hope that Ferrari can have more instructors that can value a customer and show them that this is beyond just getting a license and more about showing them life long lesson to use on the road to keep everyone safe. more

I have nothing but good things to say about Ferrari Driving School! My experience was amazing! The communication with their students is great, they were calling me and emailing me too! I had a great instructor who really made it a really fun experience for me. I tend to get so nervous and he made me feel calm and relaxed. I ended up having a really good time. We laughed a lot, but he was always a really good teacher, on point and ready to get into it. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the test the first time, I messed up on the parking part, so I went back for more lessons. Because of scheduling, I wasn't able to have the same instructor as before, but the people I had were still really great and very helpful. They taught me some really good tips. We focused on parking and I was able to pass my test on the second try! Ferrari Driving School was a very educational yet fun experience for me. It was really informative and I feel like I'll be able to use the lessons they taught me forever. I am so happy! more

I've used Ferrari Driving School for my CDL license, the driver's license for trucks, and since then I've used them for pretty much anything driving related, like their defensive driving class. They are very professional, they have good customer service, and the pricing is pretty good and very competitive. Overall, from all the people I've dealt with, from the instructors to the people at the office, everyone has been very professional and very nice. more

Overall I had an excellent experience at Ferrari Driving school. I had great instructor that really took the time to focus on my trouble areas, he also was very flexible and accommodating to my busy schedule. I always had a bit of fear getting behind the wheel and now I'm a licensed driver. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a personalized and professional experience while learning how to drive! more

This driving school lacks professionalism and the staff are very rude. I had a very BAD experience. Don't pay for teh evaluation service. It is a SCAM. Just a way to generate more profit and the results are not reliable. After my first 2 lessons, I called to cancel my package due to the bad bad service they have. I encoutered many obstacles from class cancelations with no prior notification, classes shorter than scheduled (10 minutes short in a 45 minutes class), double charging and refusal to admit or correct the error and staff forgetting to put me down for the test, which resulted in waiting over a month to sit down for the test. It is either they had no cancellation policy or just refused to cancel my remaining classes. I failed my first test and I truly wish I didn't purchase more classes with them after. I did it because I wanted to avoid investing time searching for a new school. I wish I did more research before I use their services... I spent much more than planned and my experience was HORRIBLE. Prices are not justifiable given the service provided. AVOID this school if you don't know a friend or relative who used their services and was satisfied. Word of mouth are much more accurate than internet advertisement. more

I am being generous by giving a rating of 1. Be careful. Along with advertisement, funds are invested in publishing internet five stars review also. You can get a better value and better customer services at a more reliable school that have much higher passing percentages. Don't register unless you know someone who took classes with Ferrari and passed from the first time/had a good experience. Personnal referral is trustworthy. more

Please people please be careful when you choose a driving school . This school is not the best and you will fail the test if you get the wrong instructor. They taught me nothing about driving . And offer no kind of encouragement or motivation on test day. Go to some one who really love teaching. I give them. 1 star if I could give them less I would more
