My instructor was Alfredo, OMG, there's alot I can say but he's is very calming and outgoing as a instructor, he explained very thing you need to know in a clear and detailed manner. You can never go wrong by choosing him, he will answers your questions and make sure your truly prepared for the road test and not only that but in driving confidently by yourself or with your family. He always gives you good advice, I'm so happy switching over to him and I never doubted his judgment one bit. This man deserve a RAISE AND MORE. THANKS ALFREDO YOU GIVE FERRARI THEIR NAME. I enrolled in Ferrari Driving School's (Astoria, Queens location) CDL license class in June. After two preparation lessons (two hours each), I took my first road test in July and failed it. But no problem, the people at Ferrari were very helpful and encouraging, and promptly set me up with an additional lesson and later another road test. The second test, in Sept, was suspended due to mechanical trouble with Ferrari's mini-bus. The school effusively apologized for the mishap and wasted little time in scheduling another lesson and road test, both free of charge. They turned what could've been a messy situation into a very rewarding and helpful experience. These people really look out for their customers! Needless to say, I finally passed the road test in November. My instructor Henry Lamont's last minute tidbits just before I took the test were invaluable in assisting me in passing. Henry was excellent and very helpful throughout every step of the tutorial process. I would like to also thank the admissions manager Diego Brum for his genuine courtesy and helpful demeanor. I highly recommend Ferrari to anyone looking to upgrade their driver's license!!! more

This is a place where they will collect your money and give you nothing in return...they have very rude instructors who teach you how to drive very rude people that take you to the road test..take my word dont ever go to them! more

The instructors are good, however the staff at Astoria office who handles the booking schedule is really unprofessional and rude. Not at all worth the price! more

I am middle aged, and never drove before. The patient instructors tailored lessons to my needs and made me feel comfortable, which allowed me to focus and pass the road test. They worked on my weaknesses, and developed my strengths as well. I NEVER thought I could parallel park! more

went there so they can train me so i can get my cdl class A there trucks are six speed transmission went to apply for a job and everywhere i go they have 10 speed so right now its being every difficult for me to find a job i basically have to start from step one they should at least tell people that it be hard to find a job on a 6 speed training more

I received my CDL Class B at Ferrari. If you are looking to get a bus license in the Bronx, Roy is the best instructor, and I strongly recommend him. He keeps things real with everything you need to know to pass the road test. more

The overall experience was great! From the 5 hour class to the day of the road test itself. They send you notifications and follow ups thru e-mails. My assigned driving instructor on the day of my road test was a cool person, made the driving atmosphere less tension. more

The best thing about my experience was my instructor. If you ever want to take lessons, make sure you take it with Gigi! She's quite popular, so her schedule is usually booked. But when you do get an opportunity to take a class with her, you will learn SO much. Even in one class. She's very detailed and informative, and really knows her stuff. I took a 20 lesson package with her, and I passed my road test in one try. She's really good at building your confidence and really perceptive of what areas you should improve on or what your strengths are. Seriously!! I would highly recommend her! Aside from that, the office was very helpful and nice as well. They're willing to help you and work with you to make sure you have everything you need to learn to be a safe driver. The best training school ever more

Our son took drivers education from Ferrari through his high school. A couple extra lessons and the use of one of their cars and he passed his road test with no problem. From start to finish Ferrari did an excellent job and one of the main reasons it went so smooth and he passed with ease was because of his instructor Susan. Susan has the knowledge and patience and taught our son the right way. Excellent instructor. Thank you Susan. more

Worth every single penny and more. Going into this process, I was planning on taking only a handful of lessons with various schools, as Groupon deals came up. I'm so happy I didn't. After one trial lesson with Alfredo, I was sold. I feel like a driver now. I learned how to drive safely and confidently. Alfredo, my instructor, is hands down the best instructor I've encountered yet. He was helpful, supportive, light-hearted, and genuinely wanted me to learn how to be great driver. \r \r Everyone at the school was really helpful and friendly and I would recommend Alfredo and Ferrari to anyone in a heartbeat! And hey, I passed the test the first time! and I feel like a better driver than my friends who've driving for way longer than me. more

My son is 17 years old ,learning to drive so of course I'm a little nervous. The first day the instructor arrives she was friendly and out going which made me comfortabe and my son. She is great. more
