Great school, at first it was intimidating but after you get to know the instructors you really get one on one lessons. Guys like Henry. Jose and Mr uptown aka Mr Campbell and Ricardo, really teach what you really need to know to drive safely and pass the road test. You get plenty of time to practice the test you need to know by heart. You in class info is great because. If you go to learn Ferrari will teach you. Anyone who is planning to get a driver's license, I recommend joining Ferrari Driving School. They have a great staff with excellent customer service. I spoke to Mario and he gave me the whole rundown. They first have you take an initial assessment with one of their instructors who will then recommend how many classes to take. I signed up for 10 classes (each class lasts 1.5 hrs). The instructors are amazing and very patient, especially if you are a first time driver like in my case. They start from the basics and slowly mold you into an excellent driver. Not only do they train you to pass the test but the skills you learn will last a lifetime. By the end of my lesson package I was driving like a pro and easily passed my road test on the first try. I highly recommend Ferrari and ask for Syed or Sam, they are some of the best instructors there.\r more

It was a very unpleasant experience even though I passed. Instructor was really obnoxious and not the best. Points were taken away do to "her" misleading. Insults were made but I kept calm and did what I had to do. more

Where do I start? Let me begin by saying what a absolute pleasure it has been to have had Alfredo as my teacher! I've always have had a phobia with driving and have never believed that I would be able to accomplish such an unthinkable task! I have been working with Alfredo for nearly two months. In the beginning I was terrified to drive in my own skin! As the weeks progressed I became less neurotic and more confident in my driving ability's! Alfredo has shown me to be that person! He is a dedicated professional and is compassionate for the people that's under his care! He has taught me to be confident and to believe in myself! Today....I passed my road test for the first time! I can't even express the overwhelmingly gratitude and happiness that came over me, I was nearly in tears! At the same time, I was feeling a bit sad because, not only did I get to know Alfredo as my teacher but I also got to know him as a person. He is exceptional, compassionate, and a hard working dedicated instructor with a great sense of humor!! Bottom line... if you are looking for someone to guide you on the right path to success....Alfredo is your man!!! It truly has been a privilege having him as my guide!! just want to say that this was the worst experience ever coming to take lessons at Ferrari driving school! The staff is horrible, and i can see theyre nust out to take your money by suggesting 100 packages to me and i have been riding proffesionally in puerto rico for 18+ years! These people are the worst and begining with these instructors who dont even pay no $@!#% attention to me and or their students. I remeber my boy lend me his 1000cc R1 and came through a couple of years ago and headed down to see ferrari in queens. I just looked around and observed that they were to really good instructors named Omar and Demitri i believe. Those two were really cool and really experienced riders! After they were finished with 4 or 5 students they were just so quick to pick up new students Nd tought them everything they needed to know. Also taking theyre time with each one of them. These other instructors are clowns! Dont like to explain anything to students and like to talk a lot to the other instructors or be on the phone! Also i saw what happened to an instructor that broke his leg on his bike! Wow what a joke! THESE ARE THE PEOPLE YOU HIRE??! BOTTOM LINE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE FOOLS! more

I'm currently now a owner operator, and have been a successful business owner since. this might be a great school, but i suguest the owner to really take a look at the employees specially the ones in charge of signing up for the classes because they are very rude.I believe a business should always be proffesional, no matter what. more

my experience with ferrari for learning how to ride a motorcycle was good over all. there are a few times where i felt i wasnt getting the full attention of the instructor. there was also one time where 2 instructors was racing each other right on the test road infront of the students which i found completly wrong and un-professional. over all when i did get the attention of the instructor i did learn alot which helped me over all in the road test. more

I have been attempting to speak with someone for 2 weeks. My son is 17yrs old and I inquired about the driver's ed program at Ferrari. I was told that I need to speak with Cathy and that no one else could assist with rates or information. I left several messages for Cathy and when she finally called me back, she was having another conversation with someone in the background. I let her know that I was heading down into the subway. I told her that I would call her back and after leaving 2 messages for her, I have not received a return phone call. I haven't even had a chance to sign my son up for this program since no one other than Cathy can help me and she doesn't seem to be very customer friendly. This is one of the few schools that offers driver's ed but my gut is telling me to move on as this may be an indication of what's ahead. more

I was great experience. I never had the opportunity to ride a tractor trailer ever in my life. I pass my road tests class A .But I knew going to pass because of confidence Ferrari Staff and teachergave me. Thanks J.J. and Hector Padua God bless you , and thank again xoxox. more

Susan was an excellent instructor. Because of her calm and professional manner, I was able to become comfortable behind the wheel and had no trouble passing my road test. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for an instructor more
