I have been attempting to speak with someone for 2 weeks. My son is 17yrs old and I inquired about the driver's ed program at Ferrari. I was told that I need to speak with Cathy and that no one else could assist with rates or information. I left several messages for Cathy and when she finally called me back, she was having another conversation with someone in the background. I let her know that I was heading down into the subway. I told her that I would call her back and after leaving 2 messages for her, I have not received a return phone call. I haven't even had a chance to sign my son up for this program since no one other than Cathy can help me and she doesn't seem to be very customer friendly. This is one of the few schools that offers driver's ed but my gut is telling me to move on as this may be an indication of what's ahead. more
