Got The Job Done 2/21/2012

First off, I am one of those people who is writing a review to get a $25 rebate. They pay you to give reviews, which is a good thing. However, I am not going to give a good review just because I got a tiny piece of what I paid for. I got hooked up with FWHC through Home Depot, and had Jeff come out to see the damage. The only thing I don't like about the company is the add-ons they throw at you when they come out. My 900 dollar water heater w/ installation turned into a 1900 dollar investment. It makes me ponder the question, was my inspector for my house I bought five years ago crappy, or did FWHC add unnecessary items to get it "up to code." I am still figuring that one out. Other than that, Jeff did a great job installing the water heater, and gave me a lot of insight on the operation and maintenance of it. It is my first time dealing with a water heater problem, and I was happy with the finished result, although it would be nice to get a little heads up that what they say more

Fast is Fast! 2/18/2012

I had an issue with a Tankless Water Heater installed back in 2010. Dennis was out within 4 hours of calling Fast and had it fixed within an hour. In fact, after replacing the defective unit, he went beyond the call of duty and replaced the same part in the new tankless system that had failed in the previous one. That's what I call proactive! Fast, thorough service 2/16/2012

The technician was thorough and knowledgeable for the quote, making a thorough effort to explain the necessary details on the various options. When I called back to schedule installation, the same technician was available next business day to do the install. He was fast in getting us connected again and I feel like he provided us a definite upgrade at a fair price! more

Excellent service. I called at 9:30am and the technician was here before 1pm and I had HOT WATER same day. When I called I was accurately quoted the price of the new hot water tank and required/optional items. The technician Mitch was extremely careful to protect my carpeting and did a great job explaining what he needed to do to professionally complete the job. I would use this company again and I would highly recommend them. more

Fast Water Heater 1/31/2012

Fast Water Heater installed a Sears Kenmore water heater for us. Things worked out exactly as scheduled, Brandon came when promised and was very efficient. A bit of a surprise to comply with building code changes since the original tank was installed 15 years ago, but Brandon was very patient, credible and professional explaining the requirements. He installed everything required. The installation is a definite upgrade from the original builder installation when the house was built. Hauled away the old tank and left everything in our garage neat and clean. These guys know their stuff. more

Water Heater Replaced - Good Experience! 1/15/2012

Saw that my water heater was leaking on Saturday morning. I contacted Fast Water Heater through Home Depot and also reviewed them on Angie's List. they came out the next morning and I was very pleased with the service and speed. My technician was polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend. more

Fast Water Heater Company 1/5/2012

Home Depot referred us to Fast to replace our 20-year-old water heater. The installation technician (Jeff) did a professional and quick job on 12/28/11. On his first trip out on 12/22/11 he explained what was needed to bring our water heater up to code and why additional plumbing work would be required unless we opted for a shorter style water heater. We went with the shorter water heater, and that necessitated a second install date. We feel that the scheduler could have asked more questions to detect the unexpected problems in advance, so therefore we are not giving Fast the full five stars. The installer definitely gets a five star rating though! more

Very helpful and courteous 1/1/2012

I bought a new water heater from Home Depot, and they connected me to Fast Water Heater Company. Gus helped me on the phone and was courteous and thorough in his explanations. Mitch did the installation -- he arrived exactly on time, explained what was necessary and what was optional, and did the installation quickly and neatly. I was very pleased with their service. more

Great service 12/30/2011

I called around 5pm 3 days after Christmas when my water heater starting leaking. I talked to Bret in the office who was very helpful. He answered all my questions and was really nice. He didn't make me feel stupid because of my inexperience with water heaters and what needed to be done. The next day, Jacob did a beautiful install and was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to call them again. more

Water Heater Installation 12/30/2011

Dale, who came and installed the water heater was very,very courteous and obviously knowledgeable about the business. He informed us up front of the charges, and there were no surprises. My 4 year old grandson was visiting on the day he was there, and he was really sweet to him. \r The gentleman who set up the appt on the telephone was also very courteous and helpful. I would most definitely recommend Fast Water Heater Company. more

Very good experience 12/24/2011

I had Fast replace a water heater in my condo. The setup of our water heater is a little complicated because it not only heats the water but also provides heating for the home. Fast made sure they sent technicians (Brandon and Jacob) who had worked on other homes in my condo complex, so they knew exactly what to do when they arrived. Brandon and Jacob were very polite and very professional. They did a great job with the installation. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. more

I needed a new water heater on a Sunday and Fast was able to replace my water heater within a couple hours of calling them. Price was a little higher than expected, but cannot complain with product or installation. Overall, a job well done. more

Water Heater Replacement 12/21/2011

Knowledgeable technician installed our new water heater. He answered all of our questions and was up front about what was needed, and what we didn't need to spend money on. After getting a few quotes and doing a few weeks of research, I'm comfortable that FAST's price was competitive. We went through Home Depot / FAST for the best service. more

Terrific company 12/17/2011

I was very impressed with Fast Water Heater Company. The installers actually arrived earlier than estimated which was terrific! Both men were very friendly and seemed to be straightforward in telling me what needed to be done. The work was done quickly but from all appearances it seems to have been done right and they even swept up some extra dust from a renovation I was working on. I hope this hot water heater doesn't go anytime soon but the next time I need one I will call Fast. more
