Fast Service and Competent 11/16/2013

Fast Water Heater Company provides contractor services through Home Depot. I was able to schedule an appointment for installation of a new water tank within a day of visiting Home Depot, although earlier appointments were available. The installer arrived at the appointed time, and was thorough in describing the work and parts that would be required to meet city codes. The installation took 2 hours, and the city inspector approved all work as of yesterday. I would recommend Fast Water Heater as a timely and competent service. However, I can't comment on the price of parts and service as I didn't get a comparable estimate from another contractor. The installer laid tarp to protect my carpet, but did manage to soil a couple of areas and could have been more careful more

Go to them FIRST! 10/20/2013

When our water heaters began visibly rusting, we decided it was time to buy new ones.\r We had other companies tell us to go the tankless route. We were also considering going with one larger tank as opposed to two smaller sized.\r We called Fast Water Heater Co. on the advice of Home Depot. The gentleman that came out was on time, professional, and clean! He went or the pros & cons of each scenario-he was very honest. We decided to go with 2 heaters due to the size of our home. The price was what we expected and he did a great job updating our plumbing to the units as well.\r Hands down, I would use them again! more

The cheapest 10/5/2013

I got estimates from a few other plumbers, but Fast Water Heater Company offered a way lower estimates than others, and that was the price I Paid. It was on Labor Day weekend, however, they installed a new water heater tank on next day I called which was on Labor Day. more

My old water heater started leaking because the bottom was rusted out. I contacted Home Depot and they connected me to FAST Water Heater Company. I was impressed that they were able to come the same day and they brought our new water heater up to code. more

Excellent! 9/7/2013

The water heater in my condo recently started leaking, and not having dealt with this issue before, I contacted the Homeowners Assoc. for a recommendation. The plumber they referred me to gave me a starting estimate of over $1,100. I went to Home Depot to check the prices there, thinking it would be a huge hassle to find the right water heater and arrange to have it installed. It could not have been easier! The Home Depot salesman contacted Fast and arranged the whole thing, including the purchase of the water heater. I was able to make an appt. for the next day right on the spot, and Fast emailed a detailed estimate to me asap. Mitch, the installer, arrived right on time and he was polite, professional and very efficient. I was so surprised that the whole thing went off without a hitch, and at a cost that was several hundred dollars less than the plumber's estimate. I also highly recommend the one-stop shopping at Home Depot. more

Our condo has a special water heating system, and many, many water heater companies in the area, including Home Depot, do not have this type of water heater in stock nor serviced this system. One of the few was Fast water heaters.\r \r When getting services that involve my most expensive investment, I like to get as many details as possible and have the servicers be as transparent as possible. They did just that: from the first time I picked up the phone, I got nothing but courteous, professional, and prompt \r communication. This remained true throughout the entire installation process, which took about 4 hours. They stuck exactly to the estimated quote, and explain each item line by line when we questions. Installation went off without a hitch and now we have a brand-new water heater without any interruptions or issues thus far. Lastly, some places charged $100 or more just to come out for the inspection, whereas Fast water heaters does this completely free of charge.\r \r Chris Best was more

I recently had my water heater replaced. I had never used Fast Water Heating Company but thought i would take a chance. It was a very good decision. The technician Mr.Smith, was very professional he called ahead, arrived on time, explained everything he would need to do and why. Mr. Smith did an excellent job and left the area cleaner than when he arrived I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends. more

No question about it. Fast Water Heater Company is world class. I contacted them early Sunday Morning and by 1:30 PM they had removed the old water heater and installed a new one. Brandon knew what he was doing and he immediately recognized what the original installer had done, and corrected it. Very conscientious, honest and efficient. Thanks more

Great Job 7/12/2013

We're selling our previous residence and the water heater was getting up there in age, so we had it replaced. Everyone we worked with from Fast Water Heater did a great job. I talked with Walter over the phone to get our appointment setup and make sure that we were replacing our water heater with a model that would fit in our current space.\r \r Chris B. was our installer. He arrived within the 2-hr window, went through all of the information and process for the installation as well as making sure the new water heater met current codes. Overall, his explanations were so good that I never really had any questions. Based on my experience, I would recommend Fast Water Heater to anyone I know that plans on replacing their water heater. more

Hot Water 6/18/2013

Quick and efficient. Replaced a tank on the 3rd floor(walk-up). Had to correct plumbing configuration to meet code. Knowledgeable, efficient, neat. They were recommended by two other owners in our in our town home complex. May have been a little pricy but service was excellent. more
